This was also purchased at Oka Sake Shoten, the same place as Unjaku. The aroma is mild but unique. The aroma is mild but unique, and it has a light aged feeling, probably because it has been shipped for a long time. If you drink it cold, it has some peculiarities, but overall it is flat. The umami acidity has a strong impact. It would be good to warm it up as well. According to the staff at the store, they won't be making PURE PINK this year. The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. It has a dark mouthfeel and a bit of maturity, but as the days go by, it becomes more rounded and changes to a level where even those who are not good at it can go. However, even though it has become more rounded and easier to drink, the sweetness and strength of the Omachi can still be clearly seen, so there will be different tastes. For me, it's a very interesting sake! The first day I opened the bottle, I thought it might be too peculiar to pair with a meal. However, from the second day onwards, while maintaining its richness, it gradually becomes lighter and lighter, and is not bad as a food sake. If you roll it around in your mouth, it is a nicely aged sake, but if you drink it with gusto, you can drink it without worrying too much. Still, I want to enjoy the aged feeling of this kind of sake, so drinking it a little bit every day is good for me.

We used Go To to Echigo Yuzawa. So_1F3D4 brand and Naebayama brand that I don't remember seeing in Tokyo to match the local cuisine of the hotel. Junmai-Ginjo sake with Junmai-Ginjo specifications. The gentle aroma, the sweetness, and the refreshing finish give me the impression that this is a "Niigata's local sake" as I have always imagined it to be. In terms of Niigata brands that you can buy in Tokyo, I'd say it's similar to the Junmai Ginjo specs of Tsurueri or Kubota. If I tasted it, I'd never be able to understand it myself... After all, coming on a trip and pairing it with local food is the best part of local sake 👍.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. My first impression was "It's sweet. ❣️ I felt that "Kosu-Mori" was also quite sweet for me, but it seemed more profound than "Kosu-Mori". It is like licking a muscat candy. The finish, however, is crisp with just the right amount of bitterness, so the sweetness doesn't linger and it feels refreshing. Purchased at Ponshukan. It has a cute design that does not look like a cup of sake. The sake is brewed with four varieties of rice produced by four farmers in the Nishigama district, located in the far west of Niigata Prefecture. So that's what the grains of rice on the label mean. I drank WAKAZE for the first time. It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness.... (- 迭- )🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀. The aroma is mild🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌. I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.
