R7.6.1. Tour of roadside stations in the Ibaraki area - I bought a packet of cute Jouzuru-san at a roadside station in Hitachi-Ohta. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a strong flavor! I love this kind of thing...and the aftertaste is refreshing...delicious! I would love to try the dry version of this sake!

Purchased at a roadside station in the southern part of Chiba (Uchibo area) on R7.5.31. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will feel the gorgeous aroma spreading. The aftertaste is refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. It is a basic sake! It's like a basic sake.

This is one of the "Choice of Three Types of Sake" that we were served at Sake Ikijo Straightforward. It was my favorite of the six kinds we had that day. I decided to finish off with this one.

This is one of the "3 types of sake to choose from" that we received at "Sake Chic Place Straight Ahead". The dryness is very nice, but I would like to taste more of the rice flavor.

This sake is always served on ski trips to the Sugadaira Plateau in Nagano Prefecture. It has the perfect balance of sweetness and sourness, and I never get tired of drinking it. If you don't drink it, you are missing out!

I met this bottle at a hormone-yaki restaurant on our first trip together after my dad and I requested to get married. I used to be a sake lover, but after drinking it for a while... it sunk in. It was so good that I brought it home as a souvenir.
