Slightly pineapple-like fruity taste, soft sweetness and rice flavor, slightly bitter and a little alcohol spiciness in the second half.
While purchasing a limited edition sake in return, we also tasted and bought a summer nigori (nigori is a type of sake that is sold in summer).
The Yui Yui, which is made by Michiko Urasato at this brewery, is not sold at the brewery due to various reasons.
