I bought some sushi with my favorite boiled conger eel besides western style snacks at the department store.... I opened the bottle thinking it would go well with this dry sake... ^ ^ The aroma is of rice with a harsh taste ⁈It's hard to describe σ(^_^;) It has a dry and sharp taste, but I thought it didn't go well with the sweet sauce of conger eel (T . At home. First time to drink Gozenshu, first time to drink Okayama Prefecture. The aroma is "the sake" and the alcohol is strong. However, on the second day, the sweetness and umami of the rice became stronger, and the alcohol feeling became mellow. It has transformed to be delicious and easy to drink. The taste changes as time goes by, and recently I have been drinking a lot of sake with this feeling, and I strongly feel the depth of sake.

(゜▽゜*)さて さて さて I bought it at the sake shop Yamaya. It is one of the two bottles of 1500 yen 😁 for life support. It's the first time I've had Gozenshu. It is made from 60% Omachi and 65% polished rice. The taste is solid, classic and delicious.

We received Gozenshu from Okayama Prefecture. It is said to be the oldest traditional sake brewing method in Japan, called "Bodhi Hashiroshi. But it is a modern sake, not traditional. It had a pineapple-like fruity flavor, and although it seemed thin on the first day, by the third day it had a rich sweetness with a clean aftertaste. Glad I didn't drink it all on the first day😊.

The aroma is mainly banana yogurt with floral nectar, greenish pear, acidity and alcohol, which I like very much. The sweetness and acidity of the banana yogurt spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by the bitterness and spiciness of the pure rice from the sake, making it so easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content 😋😋😋😋. It's like drinking a higher alcohol Sentori Classic and I like it very much 😊.

Hiroshima's Shinrai is my favorite brand. I remember how surprised I was when I drank it for the first time. Long time no see Izumibashi❣️ I wanted to drink Summer Yago Label😍 I got the nigori shuwashuwa one 🙏🙏. The refreshing fizziness is just like the label implies, and when mixed with the nigori flavor, it's a sweet and refreshing paradise 🏝🏖😇. I was wondering what the same company that did Tenka and Shihu would do with the Meimon Shukai now that they've taken over the business? I was wondering what they were going to do with the prestigious sake associations, and then they released it 😊. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. Is it white malted rice? It's so acidic that I thought it was white malted rice. It also has a slightly dry atmosphere. It has a unique taste, but it is delicious. I wonder if the product for the Meimon Shukai that was sold before was Yuyamanishiki, but instead of using Yuyamanishiki, they used Gohyakumangoku to separate it from Honami.

At home. This is the second Tottori sake, and seems to be a popular type of Chiyomusubi. The sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt well. I thought it would have a robust flavor, given the name "strong" sake rice, but it was round and mild on the palate, and very easy to drink for its 18% alcohol content. It is a long-established sake brewery located on Mizuki Shigeru Road, and even inside the store there are yokai (monsters)... The third one is the god of rice paddies called Tanokami, who is said to protect the rice harvest. ⁉️ The fourth one is the mouse man that you all know. Unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't have a long tour, but many yokai welcomed tourists on both sides of the road. ‼️
