This is the best one I've ever had. 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I had the Dewa Sanzu, a summer sake from Tohoku Izumi 😀 It was a very tasty sake with a refreshing summer taste.

(Holy shit!!!🍶🍶🍶🍶 The last day of GW in no time 😭 To close out the holiday, we opened a bottle of our local sake, Shirakiku from Okunoto 😀 It is a recovery sake brewed by Yukawa Sake Brewery 😊WOM gave us the information and we were able to purchase it 🙏. Nice fruit-like aroma typical of Okunoto's Shirakiku😊Elegant sweetness and umami are as delicious as before 😚👍Gentle acidity spreads slowly and disappears with a clean aftertaste✨. It's still the same delicious sake that is typical of Okunoto Shirakiku 🥳.

The bottle was opened with a high pitched jupon💕 The aroma is mild, but the mouthfeel is clean and dry 🤔The sweetness comes out slowly and gently 😊The aftertaste is gentle and acidic 😚👍. The taste changes as time goes by, and recently I have been drinking a lot of sake with this feeling, and I strongly feel the depth of sake.

(゜▽゜*)さてさてさて I bought it at the sake shop Yamaya. It is one of the two bottles of 1500 yen 😁 for life support. It's the first time I've had Gozenshu. It is made from 60% Omachi and 65% polished rice. The taste is solid, classic and delicious.

We received Gozenshu from Okayama Prefecture. It is said to be the oldest traditional sake brewing method in Japan, called "Bodhi Hashiroshi. But it is a modern sake, not traditional. It had a pineapple-like fruity flavor, and although it seemed thin on the first day, by the third day it had a rich sweetness with a clean aftertaste. Glad I didn't drink it all on the first day😊.

I wanted to try my first Osaka sake, Akushika, but I found Kurehaaru at my favorite izakaya... a traditional local sake. It's a good sake for a mid-meal drink. Yes! Local sake. The flavor is as expected.

After enjoying Fushimi's soft water hot springs in Kyoto, I spent the last part of my trip in Osaka👍. Since it was a special occasion, we had a drink at Kurehaaru, which we hadn't had in a year, and some oden and kushikatsu! The aroma is almost imperceptible. It has a refreshing taste on the palate, but the robust flavor of the rice comes on later. Still, it is lighter than other Osaka sake and has a moderate sweet and spicy taste. It has no habits and goes perfectly with oden ✨.
