Long time no see Izumibashi❣️ I wanted to drink Summer Yago Label😍 I got the nigori shuwashuwa one 🙏🙏. The refreshing fizziness is just like the label implies, and when mixed with the nigori flavor, it's a sweet and refreshing paradise 🏝🏖😇. It was so delicious and easy to drink that the small bottle was gone in no time 🤣ahahaha!

At home. This is the second Tottori sake, and seems to be a popular type of Chiyomusubi. The sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt well. I thought it would have a robust flavor, given the name "strong" sake rice, but it was round and mild on the palate, and very easy to drink for its 18% alcohol content. It is a long-established sake brewery located on Mizuki Shigeru Road, and even inside the store there are yokai (monsters)... The third one is the god of rice paddies called Tanokami, who is said to protect the rice harvest. ⁉️ The fourth one is the mouse man that you all know. Unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't have a long tour, but many yokai welcomed tourists on both sides of the road. ‼️

The first Toyoshu in a long time is a pure rice sake brewed with the Yamanokami yeast derived from sasayuri (a kind of lily of the valley) that blooms in the sacred grounds of the Ogami Shrine, a sacred place for sake. If you are a sake drinker in Nara, you must try this 😁. Perhaps it was because I was used to light and fruity junmai sake, but it was alcoholic, not too sweet, and had a firm mouthfeel. But it has a modern feel and is easy to drink. Yamano kami yeast was surprisingly not peculiar 🤔. Thank you for the food 🙏. I think I'll go visit Ookami shrine ⛩ again.

(Holy shit!!!🍶🍶🍶🍶 The last day of GW in no time 😭 To close out the holiday, we opened a bottle of our local sake, Shirakiku from Okunoto 😀 It is a recovery sake brewed by Yukawa Sake Brewery 😊WOM gave us the information and we were able to purchase it 🙏. Nice fruit-like aroma typical of Okunoto's Shirakiku😊Elegant sweetness and umami are as delicious as before 😚👍Gentle acidity spreads slowly and disappears with a clean aftertaste✨. It's still the same delicious sake that is typical of Okunoto Shirakiku 🥳.

The bottle was opened with a high pitched jupon💕 The aroma is mild, but the mouthfeel is clean and dry 🤔The sweetness comes out slowly and gently 😊The aftertaste is gentle and acidic 😚👍. I just came home and was going to drink the sake I bought, but I had to take a break with the local sake 😙. Tonight, we paired this first sake with Japanese food for dinner. Saijotsuru Jun Dai Black Label Hibi Seishin Nakadori Nama Sake✨. I have not had much luck with Hiroshima sake so far, but I hope this will be a new encounter for you: ☺️ I've never had much luck with Hiroshima sake, but I'm hoping to meet some new people. Is Tachika a characteristic of the rice? Is it the yeast? The aroma is not so strong, but it is a bit of a "chemi" aroma. The taste has the fresh acidity and clear quality of Nakadori Nama-shu, with soft fruit flavors of muscat and lychee, and finishes crisply with a dry taste with a strong sense of alcohol in the latter half. It is perfect as a food sake and does not interfere with meals, but it is also delicious when drunk on its own 😋.
