At home. First Hiroshima, first Saijotsuru. The aroma seems to have a strong alcohol feeling. The sourness spreads in the mouth, and the sweetness comes a little later. I have not had much luck with Hiroshima sake so far, but I hope this will be a new encounter for you: ☺️ I've never had much luck with Hiroshima sake, but I'm hoping to meet some new people. Is Tachika a characteristic of the rice? Is it the yeast? The aroma is not so strong, but it is a bit of a "chemi" aroma. The taste has the fresh acidity and clear quality of Nakadori Nama-shu, with soft fruit flavors of muscat and lychee, and finishes crisply with a dry taste with a strong sense of alcohol in the latter half. It is perfect as a food sake and does not interfere with meals, but it is also delicious when drunk on its own 😋.

It has a good flavor of rice when it is on the lees 😄. The taste is silky and clean, probably due to the use of Koshihikari rice. Souvenirs from a classmate from Akita, Japan, at the end of GW If you are not sure about Akita sake, go for Fukukomachi! I think it's as reliable as the best Akita sake. I don't feel much of the Uetatekoso aroma. The mouthfeel is familiar sweet and tasty, but it has a very different flavor with a crisp acidity. In addition, it has a strong umami flavor, and the taste of umami acidity is something you don't encounter very often. Fukkomachi has a lot of nostalgia! Good evening, I'll have your first series of Shinrai ⚡️ from Hiroshima 🙌 Jinrai Junmai Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake 2023BY✨ It's been a while since I've had a Senbon Nishiki sake. The aroma is mainly banana yogurt with floral nectar, greenish pear, acidity and alcohol, which I like very much. The sweetness and acidity of the banana yogurt spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by the bitterness and spiciness of the pure rice from the sake, making it so easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content 😋😋😋😋. It's like drinking a higher alcohol Sentori Classic and I like it very much 😊.

Hiroshima's Shinrai is my favorite brand. I remember how surprised I was when I drank it for the first time. I thought it would be a "Shinsei" sake with a wooden cask for sake making, but it is not at all. But it's not at all. The yeast is different, of course. It tastes delicious. Nice fruit-like aroma typical of Okunoto's Shirakiku😊Elegant sweetness and umami are as delicious as before 😚👍Gentle acidity spreads slowly and disappears with a clean aftertaste✨. It's still the same delicious sake that is typical of Okunoto Shirakiku 🥳.

2020/11/06 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A subdued but green apple-like aroma. The mouthfeel is refreshing and smooth. It is followed by a rich sweetness and flavor. Spiciness and acidity are rather subdued. It finishes off nicely with a slight bitterness. It was easier to drink than the ginjo I received before.

Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶. Actually, I bought it at the same time as the previous Junmai, but when I drank the Junmai, I took it for granted that this was a sake that should be aged for a long time 😪💤 and it has been in the bottle for a long time until now 😌. The aroma is grain-like, or Western liquor-like, or mature aroma, and the smell alone is enough to make you feel drunk. 😵‍💫 I think it's better to drink it at room temperature or warmed than chilled because the initial smell will disappear. Maybe I'll give it a try after tomorrow. It's good to enjoy long-aged sake sometimes. ☺️
