(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

This is a record of a sake tavern I stopped by when I was in Shibuya on a business trip. There was Wakakoma, which I had been interested in for a while, so we compared drinks by specifying the brand name. Wakakoma was a beautiful sake. It was comfortable to finish it easily without any sticking point. Kanemaru had a black and white label, which I preferred. The rice flavor was strong and distinct. Delicious! The red and white label had a strong smoky aroma, perhaps a wooden vat feeling, and it was hard to taste it as a sake. Next was Eiko Fuji no Hoshimatsuri. I saw it in the basement of Shibuya Tokyu, but did not buy it because of its high price. I drank one pot of it deliciously and appreciated it as I should have. The white malted rice of Sanzen Sakura was the best discovery of the day. The acidity comes first, but the umami comes soon after. It is really delicious. I think it is one of my favorite sake with acidity attack. I want to drink it again. The last sake is from Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. This sake is refreshing, but a little bit rich, and quite delicious. The sake sommelier's recommendations offer new discoveries. It was a good way to spend a Friday night.

Hakurei was sold in the bargain section at the supermarket. I bought it by accident. It tasted clean and dry. It was a good purchase.

At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. I drank it last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it again. Personally, it is my favorite new sake along with "Akagisan"✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is crisp and gorgeous, like pears. The mouthfeel is light and immediately afterwards there is a solid gassy feeling. It's as shwashy as a carbonated beverage! Dry and clean on the palate, with pear and green apple flavors that are gorgeous and fresh. There is a hint of sweetness, so it is not only dry, but also well balanced. The astringent taste comes in the last half of the bottle and finishes it all off, so it is a delicious wine with a perfect ending! KATSURAGAWA, which had been laid up for about a year and a half. It's too early to tell, but I'm looking forward to a summer sake on the rocks, and this time I'll have a glass of the standard warmed sake 🍶. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was freshly cooked and fluffy, like rice cakes or rice. It is a four-step glutinous rice brewing process. The mouthfeel is smooth like Gunma sake, but gradually a gentle and deep sweetness like sugar or spuds spreads gradually. When heated, it has a full-bodied, rice-like flavor. The sweetness is not too strong, but rather relaxing. Perfect for enjoying in the colder months. The sweetness itself is more subdued than the normal type, but on the other hand, you can fully enjoy the cleanliness that is typical of Gunma sake, which is a good balance!

As the summer is drawing to a close (the heat is still on), I opened a bottle of "Katsuragawa" sake on the rocks, which I was looking forward to drinking again this year! And the back of the bottle is falling apart due to condensation again😇. When we opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was sweet and fluffy, typical of "Katsuragawa". It is a bit sour and comes in through the nose as if it is cold on the rocks. The mouthfeel has a pettiness by default, but on the rocks it is smooth and silky. It has a fluffy aroma like sweet rice crackers and a syrupy sweetness of shaved ice. As the ice melts, it becomes lighter and more enjoyable ✨. The lingering finish has a slightly tangy, spicy acidity and a tropical fruitiness, and the smart finish keeps the saké going! While listening to the chirping of autumn insects 🍶. I think it's time to open a bottle of "Akagisan" summer sake!

Honkin Normal Sake Yellow Label 1,800ml Alcohol added sake, koji rice 60%, kake rice 70%. This was purchased when we tasted it at the brewery last November.
