At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

I had been curious about this sake since I saw it at Haretoke, but never drank it. I didn't have high expectations for it, but there was nothing else that intrigued me, so I decided to try it. The label said the brewery was Hakurei. Oh, I like Hakurei. It's cheap, tasty, and has a bit of character. I had high expectations for this one. It has a barrel-like feel, but not too much, and it is unusually sour and unique for a barrel-type sake. It goes well with richly seasoned simmered dishes. It would also be delicious heated. In any case, it is a sake that produces the best synergy when served with simmered dishes and delicacies.

(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

A night of drinking at "Fukuna Sakai" with my usual friends. The sweetness and umami that is typical of "Sari" and the clean acidity finish off the duck's flavor and fat with a good aftertaste. I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁. La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨. I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣. La Jomon Six Nama Sake 2023BY✨ We happened to have a lot of Six Nama Sake on hand, so we'll have a quick bottle.
