The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

I drank WAKAZE for the first time. It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness.... It is a little bit different from so-called sake in the category of "other brewed sake" (because it contains herbs? (Is it because it contains herbs as ingredients?) (The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

A night of drinking at "Fukuna Sakai" with my usual friends. The sweetness and umami that is typical of "Sari" and the clean acidity finish off the duck's flavor and fat with a good aftertaste. I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

It's been a while since I drank outside lol What a surprise! Chichi Haruei came all the way to Akita✨ Eririn also joined us from the next prefecture. Thank you both so much 😊. At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

I bought this one after tasting it with Daikoku Masamune at Yamamoto Sake Shop in Kuise and wondering about it. I had tasted Tomikunaga in the past, but this was the first time I bought it. This is a rice called Yatanso, which is used only by Tomikunaga. It has just the right amount of gas and sweetness. Not too sweet, but just the right amount. It is like the sweetness and umami of rice. Balanced type. I would like to try other types of rice.

This sake is brewed by Miho Imada, who was selected as one of the "100 Women of the Year" in 2020. I've been wanting to try this sake for a long time because of its high reputation in magazines and without any special glasses. The first sip was soft and clear like water, and then I felt the sharpness. On the second sip, you can taste the umami and acidity. There is also a slight pleasant bitterness at the end. It is characterized by the softness of soft water and a clean mouthfeel with no miscellaneous flavors. And yet, it is a modern dry taste with a wide range of flavors, which I personally like very much and it's really delicious! The aroma and taste are not strong, so it doesn't seem like there is a "this" kind of weapon, but it has no peculiarities and anyone can enjoy it, so I take my hat off to its broad-mindedness. You can drink it all the time... or infinitely. I am also amazed at its wide range of defenses, going very well with greasy dishes like fried foods and crisp salads. To use a baseball player's analogy, it's like Shuta Tonosaki of the Seibu Lions, who can defend any position at a high level.
