When I went sightseeing in the old town in Hida Takayama, I stopped by a store that was not a sake brewery but a direct sales store where I could sample sake for a fee. It is located right in the middle of the tourist area. This is the Oda Sake Brewery, the originator of Onikoroshi. Older Sake Brewery Kamiminomachi Branch You put a coin from the server and drink it. A coin is 300 yen for 36 ml. Hida Boast Onikoroshi Junmai Namaishu It is fresh but dry with a strong alcohol taste. Junmai Ginjo Hida Takayama I selected this sake by looking at the sake level, and found that it was the same as the one I drank at the Japanese Sake Festival.
