Morinori's Nama Sake. I think the sake here tastes better on draft than on fire-roasted. It has a fairly vigorous effervescence and a strong cloudiness. The aroma is pineapple, sweet aroma of koji and lactic acidity. Refreshing. There is a slight shwash, mainly sweetness and acidity, but there is also a mineral-like backbone. There is a bitter aftertaste. The image is a little different. Minerality in the back end? The bitterness is not good. The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.

去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

At Hankyu Department Store I had a chance to drink all kinds of sake. The nigori was also delicious. They also gave us a 1:1 blend of nigori and junmai. It was also delicious. The one that caught my attention was the Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)", Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)". It's black and white, so I guess it's 🐼😁.
