Long time no see Kobe 🚃. The hills are amazing😅. I stopped by Sannomiya Hankyu and bought some Nada sake 🍶. The label looked good, so I chose Amber Izumi Jungin. It is a clear, fruity, dry sake. It is mildly sharp. It's a beautiful sake, easy to drink without any peculiarities 😋♪ I'm glad I bought it👍 I'm looking forward to enjoying more of Nada as there are so many unknown sakes 😙.

Purchased at a local liquor store...Yamada Nishiki, ✖️ Gohyakumangoku = Koshitanrei, 100% sake rice from Niigata Prefecture. Sweet! It's more of a drink to enjoy on its own than a midday drink... it's a beginner's drink... women will love it... and since it's unfiltered, it's unfiltered, you can drink it on the rocks with ice... yup!

Iwate Prefecture limited, on sale on 25th Koch wins for the opening sound: ❣️ I think the freshness is also Kochi's. ☺️ I think it has more sweetness than fire-roasted. Yesterday we went to Bicchu Matsuyama and Kibi Tsu! We were worried about rain, but it was really fortuitous that it shifted and we saw some sunshine. The view over the magnificent stone walls and town at the top of the mountain was exceptional ✨. Then we visited the Kibitsu Shrine, with its long corridor and historic appearance. The long corridor and historic appearance of the Kibitsu Shrine that we visited afterwards was truly heartwarming 🍑. After exploring, we crossed the Seto Inland Sea and drank a glass of Kibi-shu 🍶. When you open the bottle, you will find a deep aroma of nuts and chestnuts. The mouthfeel is slippery and dry. It is full-bodied with a punch of acidity and astringency, as well as a full-bodied rice flavor. It has a presence like nuts and bitter chocolate. However, the stimulation of the hot, acidic, and astringent taste tightens it up like a whip, and it has a good salty taste with a firm edge!

Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.

Today I went back to my hometown for the first time in six months. The wife requested to see hydrangeas, so we went to the hydrangea garden and got soaked in sweat 💦. After a delicious meal and bath, we opened a bottle of this sake that the wife liked and purchased at the event. The brewer was easy to talk to and calm, which made a good impression on us. ⭕️ The aroma is fresh and pear-like, and the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. It has a clean and mellow taste in the mouth, a little dry, and is very easy to drink with a nice sharp taste 😄. It tastes better than usual in the countryside, probably because you are in a completely relaxed mode 😌. The sound of frogs croaking in the background made for a peaceful evening with my husband and wife 🐸. We also bought a bottle of summer sake here which was also delicious 😊.

Drinking continues at Don Chaya 🕺. We emptied the weird "Haneya", followed by another round 🍶. We chose our first brand that we could see in the cellar✨ First "Kame no Ou Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate" 🎉. Not much in the way of aroma, but a clean sweetness on the palate, with a pleasantly sharp and sweet [Kame-no-o] lingering finish! I found out later that they revived Kame-no-o and used this episode as a model for Natsuko's Sake, so in a sense, they are the pioneer of Kame-no-o 😁.

I'm opening them all up because they are overstocked😅. I couldn't buy it last year and have been waiting for a year. The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.
