I have had a little Mutsu Hassen, but Mutsu Otokoyama is completely new to me! A while ago, I had the impression that Mutsu Hassen lost all its flavor after the second day, but recently it has been able to keep its flavor quite well. What do you think of Mutsu Otokoyama? The aroma is a botanical scent similar to that of grass or earth, but only slightly. But when you take a sip, you will be surprised! It has a gorgeous capsule-like aroma similar to that of Mutsu Hassen! I don't think I've ever experienced such an aroma with such a strong standing aroma! The taste is definitely less sweet, but has a good umami. The taste is certainly not too sweet, but it has a good umami flavor, and yet it has a gorgeous overtone. It is dry, but popular, like a "Sanjyo," "EXILE," or "Ishihara Gundan"? Something like that. It's been a long time since I've had my mind blown! This is a drunken sake 🥰. I bought it at Takatsu Sake Shop in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture! The appearance is pale yellow in color. A gaseous feeling with bubbles floating in the sake cup. The aroma is sweet, glossy and fresh. Sweet aromas of well ripened banana and melon-like weight. And yet, it contains a refreshingly cool sense of selfeil. The rice aroma is about the size of a white dumpling. The mouthfeel is smooth with a gentle stimulation of lively gasiness. The palate is a rush of pleasantly intoxicating sweetness that overflows with fruity notes. The fresh acidity balances the fruity sweetness. While the fresh, bouncy, rich flavor is overwhelming, the rich umami of the rice flows with the sweetness, and the gasiness and acidity are light. The nose has a sweet, rich nuance with a slight hint of nail polish that gives it a cool impression. There is also a sense of umami core with a freshness. There is also a bitter tightness from the last part of the bottle, and the sharpness is not bad. The lingering aftertaste is long. Deliciousness that makes you grin and smile. ☺️ Well, I was a bit impressed after a long time 😳 I want to spread this kind of sake!

Tonight I'm opening a bottle of Sakurafukietsu🌸... a jun-dai (pure) draft sake from Kanemitsu Shuzo🍶, a local brand in our area. Kanemitsu Shuzo is a well-known brewer of Kamo Kanehide, which many people like... but they don't ship their Sakurafukietsu series outside of the prefecture? I've only seen it in my hometown or suburbs😅. Actually, this morning... I went to buy the Kamo Kanehide sake that is only available at the direct sales outlet... but I didn't expect it to be sold out 😨 I got the notice on line on Monday... I didn't expect the 120 bottle limited edition to be sold out on a weekday... 😂... 😂. I was shocked, but I bought it immediately 😨! I was shocked and bought it immediately 🤭 lol Well...I'll open it now that I've been preaching for so long: ‼️ Gorgeous apple🍎 strawberry🍓 pear🍐...fruity aroma🤤. The mouthfeel is quite light and easy to drink 👌Among them, the piquancy derived from the raw sake? The taste is quite light and easy to drink 👌and you can feel a hint of pithiness 🫧 from the raw sake in the middle of it. Delicious... 😋. It is really excellent that there is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste in the aftertaste 🥺. I bought this at the brewery's direct sales counter on my GW trip to Nagano! I had a great shopping experience with the courteous staff and went home feeling great! The aroma is what you would call "sake" with a hint of alcohol. It also has a grassy nuance. Immediately after taking a sip, there is a pleasant sourness that lasts until the end. Of course there is sweetness, but if anything, it is more umami. The bitterness is gentle at the end. It has a juicy atmosphere with acidity as if it is made from a sake yeast yeast. Kurosawa is a brewery that specializes in making sake from the "nama-hashiroshi," so I was convinced after drinking it that it was made from the "nama-hashiroshi. I was told at the brewery that the sake has an excellent balance of the four tastes of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness, and this is exactly what it tastes like. It has a good acidity, but it is not showy at all. It is a sake that goes well with any meal, and I am sure I will become a fan of Kurosawa Shuzo after drinking it. This is their regular product, so they are a brewery of extraordinary quality. It goes well with shime saba (mackerel), salty yakitori, grilled fresh onions, and omelettes! It goes with everything!

I bought this in front of Koumi station when I stopped by Nagano. It has a characteristic tangy al feeling, and this stimulation when heated sake is rather irresistible. [Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.
