This time I found this one on sale at the drugstore! My favorite Shizenigo! I was intrigued by the word "dry" and bought it. The aroma is apple-like, which is typical of Shizenigo. It has a fruity aroma even though it is a honjozo. The sweetness is moderate, and the bitter sourness comes through with a nice crispness. It is perfect as a mid-meal sake. It is a sake that accompanies and does not interfere with meals. I was impressed that such a sake is sold at drugstores! I realized once again the high level of Fukushima sake.

[Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.

I have had a little Mutsu Hassen, but Mutsu Otokoyama is completely new to me! A while ago, I had the impression that Mutsu Hassen lost all its flavor after the second day, but recently it has been able to keep its flavor quite well. What do you think of Mutsu Otokoyama? The aroma is a botanical scent similar to that of grass or earth, but only slightly. But when you take a sip, you will be surprised! It has a gorgeous capsule-like aroma similar to that of Mutsu Hassen! I don't think I've ever experienced such an aroma with such a strong standing aroma! The taste is definitely less sweet, but has a good umami. The taste is certainly not too sweet, but it has a good umami flavor, and yet it has a gorgeous overtone. It is dry, but popular, like a "Sanjyo," "EXILE," or "Ishihara Gundan"? Something like that. I don't know if the aroma has calmed down or if the taste has mellowed, but it is easier to drink and tastes even better from the second day! It's definitely dry, this one! At home. First time in Saitama. I couldn't find Saitama easily, so I searched by the name of the prefecture and finally found it. The aroma is grainy and nutty.
