郡山出張のお土産2本目。
今回は会津はスルーして、郡山の渡辺酒造本店のお酒をチョイス。地元向けの御神酒酒屋が元らしい。そう言われると昔地元の神社の初詣で味わった御神酒っぽい味がする🤭
冷やすとスッキリ過ぎて物足りない。燗にするとお米のコクと甘さが少し出てくるけど、基本はすーっと呑める苦酸。温度上げた方が美味しくなる。鍋とか温かい和食に合わせたい味。
