Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. Next up was the Ittiki Senzan Comet Nama-no-Hara Sake. The only sake from Gifu that I know of is Ikki Senzan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a brand that had just been opened. It's a tag-team sake from Kadoden Brewery, which is also known as a metamorphosis of rice, and Hagino Brewery, which is known as one of the best sweet and sour brewers in Miyagi Prefecture. It's been a long time since I've had a chance to try it. It is a sake limited to a certain liquor store in Fukuoka. This is very tasty. The aroma is not so much. The taste is juicy and melon-like. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, which is also good. If you come to Fukuoka, I recommend you to buy it 🍶.

This soba restaurant has a great selection of sake 😁. The price is... no way 🤣. The second drink was Shashaemon I had this sake at this restaurant before, but I couldn't remember what it tasted like, so I ordered it. We ordered at Benkei no weibasho, an izakaya near Niigata Station. This restaurant is operated by a local conveyor-belt sushi chain, and we were informed that their seafood dishes are sure to be good, so we made a reservation and visited. I was curious about this sake at Ponshukan, where I had wandered around during lunch. Niigata is known for its dry sake, but this one is quite fruity. It is not too sweet, so it goes well with sashimi. I mean, too much throat groyne!
