Sake drunk at the Shiga Sake Fair at Kyoto Station It is expensive at 1,200 yen for 90ml, but it is an interesting sake with both bitterness and umami. I couldn't detect any ginjo aroma, but it was honestly delicious. But the price is too high. Selling a 720ml 2,000 yen sake for 90ml 1,200 yen is not good.

This is "Suzu Masamune" from my hometown Shiga 🍶. I borrowed it from my parents' house. It is a thick sake with a light yellow color. It is a traditional dry sake. It seems to go better with warmed sake than cold sake. Today we are having cartilage and yellowtail with basil sauce. 🍽️

The sake that I received from my relatives, they are discontinuing production. Since I receive this sake every year, I tend to buy it in vogue, but there is a part of me that looks forward to it every year. It was so refreshing that I drank it all in one gulp.

This sake was given to me by Chanmaya P. I was finally able to open the bottle 🙇. The aroma is mild, minty and refreshing. Very refreshing with no alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness with acidity instantly passes through to the nose. There is almost no lingering taste and it is quite easy to drink. It is well-balanced when served chilled, or at room temperature. Tempura served with salt would be great. Thank you very much, Chanmaya P.

At Kuwabara Sake Shop in Gotanda. Mainly pineapple-like sweetness with a slightly sour fruity aroma. The taste is also pineapple-like sweetness. It has a ginjo-shu feel. It is light sweet, but has a nice fruity acidity. It also has a sharpness.
