This is my first time to drink Akushika Okushika! The aroma is not so strong, but the umami, acidity, spiciness, etc. are all well balanced though each has a strong and solid flavor 👍I can drink it with peace of mind 😌🍶. Rabenten is not often seen at liquor stores, but since it was at a department store, I bought it. The Yamadanishiki sake was sold out, so I chose Dewa Sanzan. It is quite gorgeous and fruity. The second half is a little spicy, but it is easy to drink.

This Sake is fruity, crisp and has a long aftertaste. The flavor is like a young pear with a hint of licorice. The acidity gives this a bright and full mouth feel. I am surprised at how long the finish is for this Sake.

To close out the summer. Looking back on summer. Finding the Bentsen Natsu Ginjo After all, the Bentsen suits me. It is crisp and has an indescribable sweetness. I want to call it "Benten Umami", not "Japan Blue". Yamagata's local sake.

With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry. From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is not flashy or gorgeous. Elegant and understated, it is a sake like a Yamato Nadeshiko.

This is my favorite Hakutsuru 🍶. The black bottle with navy blue label is kind of cool 🥰. It is sold only in Aomori. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The palate has a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hanafukuyuki. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, partly due to the 50% polishing. The sharpness is not bad either. I want to buy a bottle next year and drink it carefully 🤔.

Something I got from a work colleague. Thank you 😊 Unfortunately, it was completely 'old', probably due to extremely poor storage conditions (at the dealership). It had a strong sense of rice, and I could feel a glimpse of the rich dry taste, but the aftertaste was so uncomfortable that I gave up after one glass. #Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. Knowing that "Hana no Mai" was waiting for me. I bought this sake and went home. It was very spicy 🤯 and bitter at first. Not bad 😅
