Rabenten is not often seen at liquor stores, but since it was at a department store, I bought it. The Yamadanishiki sake was sold out, so I chose Dewa Sanzan. It is quite gorgeous and fruity. The second half is a little spicy, but it is easy to drink.

This Sake is fruity, crisp and has a long aftertaste. The flavor is like a young pear with a hint of licorice. The acidity gives this a bright and full mouth feel. I am surprised at how long the finish is for this Sake.

To close out the summer. Looking back on summer. Finding the Bentsen Natsu Ginjo After all, the Bentsen suits me. It is crisp and has an indescribable sweetness. I want to call it "Benten Umami", not "Japan Blue". Yamagata's local sake.

Today is Valentine's Day!👩‍❤️‍👨 This Sake paired very well with the filet mignon I prepared for my wife. There is a full mouth feel with umami. There is a light smoke flavor and wood. The aftertaste is short.

A lot of umami and funk at first, but gets smoother as you go. Strong - half a bottle with my husband definitely had us feeling tipsy. Great with food or alone after a long day. Smokey and sweet.

Taste and aroma are both to my liking

Souvenirs from a classmate from Akita, Japan, at the end of GW If you are not sure about Akita sake, go for Fukukomachi! I think it's as reliable as the best Akita sake. I don't feel much of the Uetatekoso aroma. The mouthfeel is familiar sweet and tasty, but it has a very different flavor with a crisp acidity. In addition, it has a strong umami flavor, and the taste of umami acidity is something you don't encounter very often. Fukkomachi has a lot of nostalgia! The most expensive sake in the local bar I went into. This is certainly a good drink. It has an accent, but it's not too strong and seems to go well with everything. It is a strong drink, even if you can read "Yusura" in the name. The sashimi and octopus were as light and tasty as potato chips.
