The fifth sake was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Gin The fifth cup was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginzoku Gekidaku. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and It is a limited-edition shipment of a well-balanced blend of Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa-Tsanbai junmai ginjo. It is a blend of Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa Tsannin Junmai Ginjo in good balance. It is very thick, but has a nice sharpness. Here's the last GW drink we had It was a sake brewery I knew nothing about. This sake was sold as a summer draft sake by the Japan Meimon Shukai. It seems it was the first sake from this year to be released as a Meimon Sake Kai sake. Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture, Sake meter value +3, No. 9 yeast Citrusy aroma. Stopped by Ozawa Sake Brewery and went to a nearby store. I was attracted by the introduction of "sweet and fruity" and bought it. The drink was sweet and refreshing, and was very easy to drink because it did not leave a lingering aftertaste. The Yaezakura sake I had previously received from Izumikin Shuzo had a similar freshness. Yaezakura was impressive for its acidity and sharpness, while Soten was simply sweet and refreshing. Souten, on the other hand, was sweet and refreshing, and I felt it perfectly matched the image of a clear, flowing river.
