I'm not privy to the specs, but I hear it's less than 30 per cent polished 🤩. But it's good and cosy 👍I heard they don't use much sake rice though. It's usually sweet, tasty, bitter and well-balanced 😋. Yamagata sake is as high as ever👍

Are you a member of the Shuunin? Shu-in opening! The aroma is clean 🍎. Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋. It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested! 1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.

This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should. But it also has a strong umami of rice and is easy to drink without any peculiarities 😆 It is easy to pair with meals and I was off in no time 🤣. It was easy to match with meals and we finished it in no time 🤣.

At home. My first Miyakanme ministry. I've always been curious about it since it was introduced on the Izakaya Shinkansen that I saw on TV. I was waiting for my first encounter with it because it was often posted on Sake-no-wa, and I finally found it at a liquor store on my trip to Japan. The aroma is grain-like, and in the mouth it is smooth, with a little sweetness and sourness, followed immediately by a crisp dryness, and finally a light bitterness that finishes it off. It was neither too sweet nor too dry. I would like to enjoy it on the second day and beyond.

Good evening, I'll have your first series of Shinrai ⚡️ from Hiroshima 🙌 Jinrai Junmai Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake 2023BY✨ It's been a while since I've had a Senbon Nishiki sake. The aroma is mainly banana yogurt with floral nectar, greenish pear, acidity and alcohol, which I like very much. The sweetness and acidity of the banana yogurt spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by the bitterness and spiciness of the pure rice from the sake, making it so easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content 😋😋😋😋. It's like drinking a higher alcohol Sentori Classic and I like it very much 😊.

Hiroshima's Shinrai is my favorite brand. I remember how surprised I was when I drank it for the first time. I thought it would be a "Shinsei" sake with a wooden cask for sake making, but it is not at all. But it's not at all. The yeast is different, of course. It tastes delicious. [Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.

I bought this Akatombo at Kado-Yasan in October. I kept it in a safe place, but I opened a bottle today. It's really good! I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy.
