What is this? It's so good! I am already a little drunk. I heard it is called "Kinshi Seiten". It is a sake from Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. I learned about it from a review by Sake-no-wa. When I looked at the fridge at the store, I thought, "Hmm...? Difficult kanji! This is a bit of a surprise..." I checked the note on my phone. Bingo! I was surprised to find it suddenly. It was recommended to drink it on the rocks. I bought ice at Lawson. Everything is ready. First, I drank it straight. Oh~~ It's so smooth and thick. It is thick. Sweet. Sweet and sour. It seems to be similar to Tamagawa and Okura. And it rocks. Naruheso! It is outstandingly delicious! This is good~! It has become a summer sake all at once. I drank it in gulps. It is a very satisfying bottle.

I found a quirky bottle in a store, so I bought it following the lead of my perverted spirit. The name of the bottle was "Kinshi Seiten. There are a lot of mysteries about it, including the brand name, but after finding the brewery's website, I found out that it was an active nigori. I drank it without much expectation, What is this? It's so delicious. It is one of the best sake I have had this season. I think the key to its flavor is its slightly sweet and well-balanced taste. The retro-inspired label and the old-fashioned description are also a favorite of me and the military police who live inside me. The taste has not changed at all after 3 days. It's brilliant! I can only say. I don't know when I will be able to find it again, I would like to buy it again 10/10 even through the mail-order.

Soba Kaiseki at Tachiaigawa Yoshidaya. We opened a bottle of Shinmasa and wanted to drink some more, so we chose a sake from Kyoto with which we have little connection. It is a sake called "Jyuseki. It has a very elegant taste, which is a testament to the rice and water used in Kyoto. It has a soft texture, with a slight sweetness and umami spreading in the mouth, and even though I was drunk on the Shinmasa, the taste remained on my tongue. We paired it with soba noodles, which matched beautifully and complemented the new soba. It was very delicious! (^^)/

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent. There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?
