Then, the second one given to me by Uma Uma Uma: ‼️ I opened the bottle thinking that someone had been drinking this Zikkok recently! This one is dry, but it goes well with anything during a meal. It goes great with takowasato (octopus balls) 😋 and it just won't stop!

Soba Kaiseki at Tachiaigawa Yoshidaya. We opened a bottle of Shinmasa and wanted to drink some more, so we chose a sake from Kyoto with which we have little connection. It is a sake called "Jyuseki. It has a very elegant taste, which is a testament to the rice and water used in Kyoto. It has a soft texture, with a slight sweetness and umami spreading in the mouth, and even though I was drunk on the Shinmasa, the taste remained on my tongue. We paired it with soba noodles, which matched beautifully and complemented the new soba. It was very delicious! (^^)/

The rice used is Hakutsuru Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is gorgeous and very elegant. The balance between sweetness and fresh citrus bitterness is just right. This sake is very good and makes the sake cups go up and up. Under 2,000 yen for this specs and this deliciousness may be a bargain. It was delicious. ❣️

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent. There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?

Almost no aroma 🤔In the mouth, it is fire-brewed but the sensation of freshness fills the mouth. It's a good combination of matured and fresh 😚😊Mellow and calm with a good umami and a crisp acidity 😋. I don't know if it is suitable for today's suddenly cooler weather, but it was delicious . This is the world's best regular sake from Yumeshin Shuzo. I had it at room temperature. It is a delicious sake that is full-bodied, deliciously sweet, with a touch of dryness in between 🎶.

I had my first bottle of Shinshin in spring and it was delicious! I was able to get a bottle of Shinshin's summer sake, and I immediately opened it 😋.
