Sake that I bought as my souvenir when I visited Minamisanriku Town. It has a dry dry taste with (in my opinion) a good amount of miscellaneous flavors typical of junmai sake. You don't feel it as you keep drinking. I participated in a storytelling session about the tsunami damage in Minamisanriku Town. I couldn't believe that a 22-meter tsunami had hit a four-story building along the coast. Even though I actually visited the place, I could not help but feel it when I saw the now calm sea. Hearing about that time always brings tears to my eyes. Perhaps it is because I am from Tohoku. To what extent does "reconstruction" mean?

There are only two sake rice study groups left. I've been posting them chippy-chippy, so my notes and my memory are no longer connected. But there is no doubt that they were delicious. The ninth bottle was Kami no Ho from Mie Prefecture. The first bottle was a Saku no Kami no Hoho, which got me hooked on sake rice, but it tasted completely different. The aroma is banana, I guess. It has a slightly sweet taste with a refreshing dryness from the microbubbles. It goes on and on... a never-ending type of sake. The next post should be the last in this study of sake rice.

Special Junmai Nigori Nama-zake🍶Kami-no-ho🌾 from Mie Prefecture. Seme smell, fresh✨, a little schwag. Sour and spicy. Mustardy 🙄 according to my wife. I'm opening another bottle today😍. My first Miyazaki sake. Everyone says Miyazaki is hard to get, so I popped in 🤣 I ordered it with Jidori Koko 👍. It's a bit sweet, but not too sweet. It has a modern umami taste, similar to a brand I've had before like Tsushima-ya 😋 It's quite refreshing and the sharpness disappears quickly 😋 It seems to be the only brewery in Miyazaki that specializes in sake 😋 It's delicious - thanks for making sake 😂.

Refreshing drink with little lingering aftertaste. 😋 A lightly flavored umami type, or perhaps an 🏠. Not much umami or bitterness lingering on the tongue. Easy to drink but needs one more punch😅. Second souvenir from KazKaz. It is a brand name planned and sold by 7 sake stores in Aomori. Rice used is 100% Hanasoui. The top-tasting aroma is a calm ginjo aroma.
