Purchased at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO. The aroma is of aged aroma like Shaoxing wine. The hint of gunpowder-like aroma. I think it is clean and easy to drink for an aged wine. I thought it would be good to drink with fruits and sweets. The acidity is a nice accent. Perhaps because it is a daiginjo, it feels fruity even though it is an aged sake.

So this is Miyakanbai's warehouse? I heard that it is read as Ousaki with a bush warbler in bloom. It is slightly fluty. It is crisp and easy to drink. I can't choose either Miyakanume or Yushisaki!

I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! I decided to go to ❣️ because I had never had it before and because of the words "fruity". Exactly! Aomori means scallops 🥰. This is the first time I actually ate them there 🎶. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma.
