What is this? It's so good! I am already a little drunk. I heard it is called "Kinshi Seiten". It is a sake from Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. I learned about it from a review by Sake-no-wa. When I looked at the fridge at the store, I thought, "Hmm...? Difficult kanji! This is a bit of a surprise..." I checked the note on my phone. Bingo! I was surprised to find it suddenly. It was recommended to drink it on the rocks. I bought ice at Lawson. Everything is ready. First, I drank it straight. Oh~~ It's so smooth and thick. It is thick. Sweet. Sweet and sour. It seems to be similar to Tamagawa and Okura. And it rocks. Naruheso! It is outstandingly delicious! This is good~! It has become a summer sake all at once. I drank it in gulps. It is a very satisfying bottle.

It's so delicious. It is one of the best sake I have had this season. I think the key to its flavor is its slightly sweet and well-balanced taste. The retro-inspired label and the old-fashioned description are also a favorite of me and the military police who live inside me. The taste has not changed at all after 3 days. It's brilliant! Sake meter degree +2, acidity 1.8 (reference) Fat 5/7, opened 5/23 I wanted to drink a dry sake from Kochi and was attracted by the label that looked like a pattern of playing cards I used to have at my parents' house 🤣. The brand "Bishio" is a new brand that started in 2014. It is one of the Junmai Ginjo series that is based on the concept of "elegant sweetness reminiscent of honey" and is part of a trilogy that includes "Kitashizuku", "Gin no Yume", and "Omachi". The aroma is almost imperceptible after opening the bottle. In the mouth, it has a fruity, fruity aroma and flavor, but at the same time, the alcohol is very strong. The acidity is moderate and not harsh. The acidity is not too strong, but it's more spicy and tingling than the number 😅. I tried to drink it after 4 days, which is unusual for me, but although the mouthfeel got better, the strong alcohol feeling didn't go away. The aftertaste is light, so it would be classified as light-dry. It's like a Tosa sake in that respect 😊. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me and was disappointing 😅. Oh! It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery.
