Sake drinking party with company people 🍶 Soba noodle shop? I brought my own sake to the restaurant. We also deposited Yuma, a souvenir from Fukuoka. I'll leave the evaluation to the Kyushu people, but all the participants were oohing and ahhing. Where can I buy it?" I was asked where I got the information, but I kept my mouth shut about Sake-no-wa.

Tonight, in our first series, we have Yuma, brewed by Shichiyou Shuzo from Fukuoka Prefecture✨. The specs are: 100% Yamadanishiki, 60% polished rice, 13% alcohol. The sake is light cloudy and a bit thick. The aroma and taste is easy to drink with sweetness and sourness of white peach🍑😋😋😋 with a clean aftertaste, this is going to be very popular🤗.

I bought it at Sumiyoshi Sake Brewery in Hakata Station as a souvenir from my business trip to Kyushu. They were having a corner bar, but I didn't have time before my flight, so I gave up. I came back with a bottle of Yuni ton by Shichiyou Sake Brewery, which I had been curious about. It is a low alcohol (13 degrees), slightly effervescent, with a grapefruit-like acidity and a clean aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you want 😋. Delicious! I recommend it to all sake drinkers.

Mildly refreshing aroma 🥂. Soft and juicy fruit on the palate 😌 Very well balanced, high alcohol content but dangerous to drink more and more 🤤

Ueno tasted Fujioka sake. It was a blend of matured sake and a good sake, with a moderate drinking experience. It was a truly delicious sake with a flavor gently brewed over time.

It is a local sake, but I drank it for the first time. It had a soft mouthfeel, followed by a bitter taste and a nice sharpness. I learned from the label that it is called "Osaki. According to the explanation by the brewery, this sake is made by growing Miyamanishiki, Aikoku, and Hiyori rice in the company's own rice fields in Osaki, which is undergoing reconstruction.

Caramelly
Smells like caramel, baked apples, ripe. Yellowish liquid. Taste of caramel and a bit of sweetness and acidity. I opened the bottle as soon as I bought it, but the shipment was a year ago.

Ota Sake Brewery in Shiga, which brews Doukan. This is my first time to try this brand 🍶. It is a rich, robust, unadulterated sake. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities. It has a mild sweetness.

Slurp kaa - tongue tingling. Alcohol content 21 degrees! I bought it on the way home from overtime work. Kikusui Shuzo has been a customer of mine for the Kikusui Funaguchi Ichiban Shibori, which is available at convenience stores and supermarkets before I started using Sake No Wa. I remember that it was a pioneer of canned raw sake. Thanks to this technology, we now have more opportunities to offer unpasteurized sake to the world, and I think this is an immeasurable achievement in the sake world. I could go on and on, but according to the label, this sake is classified as a "liqueur". At any rate, I'll note in my memorandum that it was a sweet and dangerous drink.

Solid, heavy, and thick. Ama-Uma-Uma The aftertaste is outstandingly sharp, typical of Niigata! Because of its high alcohol content, it is a sake to be drunk slowly and gradually in winter.

It's hard to tell, but it has a sweet but crisp aftertaste. The feeling changes from the moment you put it in your mouth to afterwards! The aroma is very fruity. The sweetness is followed by a bitter aftertaste. It's strange but delicious!

Downhill Sake Story Event 3) From the Itami Laematsu Sake Brewery, established in 1688, we drank "Laematsu" Itamigo Special Honjozo, a highly prestigious sake for the Shogun. It has the flavor of honjozo and a smooth throat. It is also good as heated sake. A joint sake brewing song was performed. The song was sung in slightly different tunes at each brewery. It was a nice touch. The symbol of Kobe, the Port Tower🗼, is closed for renovation work.

Participating in JR West Japan's Ochoko Trip This month's sake at Laematsu was Junmai Ginjo! The original brand was gone, so they offered a slightly better sake! It had a rich aroma and a gentle taste.

Local Itami Sake in Tohoku We wanted to do this once. We brought okaki (Japanese crackers) as snacks. It's nice to have a familiar local taste plus the feeling of traveling! After the bitter taste, a subtle aroma spreads in your mouth! It goes well with the soy sauce flavored Okaki, but I'm worried about the sugar content 😭 I mean... here we are. If only we'd come a little earlier... it's a sad sight... although it's a traveler's dream

First encounter since the change from Fukuhime at the Hakata Station event. The first sniff was like a sacred wine But I didn't mind from the second sniff. The taste is more modern, but I could feel a little alcohol. Since it's a nokumi, it's very exciting to see how it will change from here.

Faint ginjo aroma✨ A sip will leave you with just the right amount of spiciness and sharpness 🥰. This is a food sake, but it has a delicious flavor that doesn't interfere with the ingredients 😌. I rarely drink outside, but this one was delicious 🥰. The disadvantage of drinking it in a restaurant is that you can't taste the flavor immediately after opening the bottle... and you can't tell how it changes the next day or later 😭. The sake I got this time was a bottle and there were only a few bottles left, so there is a high possibility that the taste has changed since the bottle was opened 💧... 💧. And, well, it's impossible for me to drink it in a restaurant... but I have an inquisitive mind as a sake lover 🤭 lol
