I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎ So 🏊&🚲&🏃‍♂️ practice and then party 🍻. It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨. But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body, I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣. Best to drink it dry 😅.

@Japanese Sake BAR Sake Iki Shin Garyu We didn't go to the brewery because it was too far away, but Aizu Sake Brewery's Aizu is located in Minami Aizu Town. In Tokyo, you sometimes see Yamanoi. The aroma on the nose is fruity. In the mouth, it has a clean sweetness and umami that is typical of daiginjo-style sake. The taste is elegant and finishes smoothly. It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

Nuggets of luji, I bought some. Along with grilled chicken. 🙂 This is an active nigori version of the standard junmai sake. Light and smooth on the palate, with a sharp finish. 😊 Shuwa shuwa fizziness, creamy sweetness is elegant, very beautiful and juicy. There is also a good amount of gas, which is the opposite of the impression of a sweet and spicy cider, so it is a refreshing cider sensation, which makes the drink go down a treat. The lingering bitterness from the cider also makes you realize how delicious it is. 🤩. The expression changes even if you drink only the supernatant before mixing or only the darker part of the oli. The flavor changes over time. 🥲

At home. Nagano sake bought in bulk - ‼️ Purchased Nagano sake at Kyoto Takimoto today: ‼️ I tasted one of them, Kiyama, for the first time. It was my first time to try it and I had no prior knowledge of it, but I was attracted by the recommendation of the store owner and the delicious-looking label, so I took it home with me. When I opened the bottle, a refreshing ginjo aroma rose up 😙. It's been a long time since I've had a sake with a corkage involved. Sake brought back from our trip to Niigata Sake recommended by the lady who was selling it. Very gassy 💨 Sake with a strong moromi Dry and crisp 💪. It's a nigori sake, but you can drink it with gusto as a food sake 🎵.

It would be delicious with sakekasu sauce, amazake sauce, or fruit! Purchased at the beginning of June, it looks like it will last until the end of July. It would make a great souvenir for sake lovers & those with a sweet tooth. Note that it is not individually wrapped and must be cut.

This is Kashiwamori, an original sake from Katayama Shuzo, which I bought on a trip to Nikko. Slightly dry. It has the rich taste and aroma of original sake. I also recommend the "Sake Long Cake" filled with this sake 😀 I have had many different sake cakes, but this one, by all means, should be paired with sake. You will not regret buying it.

This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode. Just like the label on the back, this sake has a lot of flavor, but it's not heavy. Even though it was nigori, it didn't feel sloppy. It was an easy to drink sake.
