It has a clean mouthfeel that is typical of daiginjos, yet it has an outstanding fruity taste. As the name "Nouveau" suggests, it has a fresh feeling and a carefully crafted delicious mouthfeel.
Strong in flavor. It was a cold day, so I warmed it up and found it to be stronger than it tasted. However, the texture of the rice, which is unique to sake made in the original state, comes through later.
Nigori was packed in barrels at a department store event. It has the original flavor of rice rather than the sweetness of amazake, and a slightly effervescent taste. It is easy to drink and you will never get tired of drinking it.
Re-jozo brewing. It starts with a fruity aroma, followed by a thick sweetness that rushes up to the palate. Yet it has a crisp aftertaste. It would be good with dessert after a small meal.
Junmai Nama-zake as it is squeezed. Junmai nama sake with a strong rice flavor. The alcohol content is high at 18%. It is more than elegant, but rather a good sake to be enjoyed on special occasions, as a hidden local sake of Kyoto.
Junmai Ginjo-shu for summer season only. Summer Junmai Gin Yokoyama.
Good aroma, strong taste, but refreshing because it is a ginjo. Certainly perfect for summer!
