I bought the bottle just for the cat's cuteness, but it had a rich umami taste that is typical of junmai sake. I heard it also helps cats, so it kills two birds with one stone. Sake from a brewery famous for Ryujinmaru. It has been a very long time since Kirakuri. After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity. It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink 🤔. I wonder if it would be sweeter to drink the alcohol by itself?

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. I bought this after tasting it at the brewery that brews Diachiku in Chino City. It has no label on the front 😳it is a raw sake with alkaloids. Every December, locals come to buy this sake. It's been six months so it doesn't have a lot of pizzazz, but they say it's very stable. I first tried it cold. Alcohol content: 20%. The taste is pleasant, with a nettled rice flavor and a hint of sweetness. The spiciness that comes afterward is also nice. On the second day, we served it lukewarm. It was very tasty with a deep sweet flavor spreading through it. It makes you feel refreshed. It went well with the tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce) of wakasagi (smelt) and sea bream that we bought in Suwa. This sake is good with hot pot and 🍢, and I would like to drink it in winter.
