Here's the last GW drink we had It was a sake brewery I knew nothing about. This sake was sold as a summer draft sake by the Japan Meimon Shukai. It seems it was the first sake from this year to be released as a Meimon Sake Kai sake. Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture, Sake meter value +3, No. 9 yeast Citrusy aroma. The impression is that it is quite sweet and has a rich umami flavor, making it very drinkable. It is not a modern type of sake, but it is quite drinkable. A little acidic? Local Sake at a Little Tiredness Party Sake fermented with lychee I've been wanting to try the saké because it's the first estate brewed saké in Japan. 25% spilled when I opened it😭 You should write that down... The taste is not so much sourness, but bubbly, sweet and lychee aroma. Not just the aroma, but the lychee flavor seems to come on strong. Sake feel is light. It's delicious. First time drinking at the Japanese Sake Festival Osaka Series (1) Last Saturday and Sunday, I participated in our family's annual Japanese Sake Festival 😀. Even the volunteer staff could do a few tastings, but on Saturday I was in charge of following up with volunteers who were helping multiple breweries, so I could only taste and sample the sake from my brewery so that I could explain the flavors 🤣. Since there were no restrictions on this day, I mainly picked up sake that I hadn't tasted yet🤣. First of all, Adachi Nozou brewery who has been making craft sake in Takatsuki city complex for a while now 😀. This is their first time participating in the Japanese Sake Festival 😀. All the sakes were interesting and full of ideas that are typical of craft sake 😀. I found this lychee especially good at reproducing the taste of lychee😇. I decided to buy a coke to create a buzz... small bottle 😅.

This is my favorite Hakutsuru 🍶. The black bottle with navy blue label is kind of cool 🥰. It is sold only in Aomori. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The palate has a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hanafukuyuki. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, partly due to the 50% polishing. The sharpness is not bad either. I want to buy a bottle next year and drink it carefully 🤔.
