At home. Kumamoto sake, Sung Kaoru, purchased on an expedition to Fukuoka. The Sansho I was looking for was sold out, and I managed to find this Kumamoto sake. It has a smooth, refreshing taste with a slight bitterness at the end. It was a dangerous one that was easy to drink. After a long time, I took a walk around Motomachi area in Kobe by bicycle, bought some gyoza (Chinese dumplings), and went home. Since it was Saturday afternoon, Sannomiya and Motomachi were quite crowded, and the city seemed to have regained its vitality.

I was reading "kuribayashi" with all my might 😆. I'm embarrassed 🫣. I see you read it as "Ritsurin" 😊. The aroma is mild, the taste is soft, and the cup never stops 🍶. I think it performs great as a food sake. I noticed it was gone lol.

Even Putin should try this one! I was surprised to see such a difference in flavor just because it was grown in the same town, but in a different area. Hmmm! It's so deep! Both are delicious, but I personally prefer Rokugo Higashine. Thank you very much for the food!

I was strolling around Fukushima-related stores to buy a gift for Mother's Day and to commemorate the end of Golden Work! I found this handy cup of sake 👍. When I opened the bottle, it had a clean sweet aroma of sugar cane. The mouthfeel is smooth with a round sweetness that sinks in. The mild umami has a banana-like flavor. The pungent spiciness comes from the clear taste. It has an astringent aftertaste that comes around the time of swallowing and an easy-drinking quality that disappears without a hitch, giving it a clean, calm taste without heaviness or clinginess! It is a beautiful and calm taste with no heaviness or clinginess! Don't underestimate it as a cup of sake...! This pleasant cup of Aizu Sake was so easy to drink that it made me feel again the power of Aizu Sake 😋.

The acidity is distinctive ❕, but it's not just light and fresh. But it's not just light, it's a solid, elegant, high quality sake ✨. I felt a very modern essence in a classic 🤔. And with this flavor, it is recommended to be warmed up to lukewarm ❔. I tried it 🍶. Lukewarm changes the atmosphere of the acidity, it's sweet and sour like hot honey lemon 🍋. It's refreshing to begin with, but even more so: ☺️ It's also a great food sake 👍. Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶!
