I stumbled across this sake at the store✨. The Obata Sake Brewery, which brews Manotsuru, used to use the brand name "Sashu Masamune" until shortly after the war. And the only specs revealed were alcohol content and 100% Sado rice. I bought it because I was attracted by the story and the concept of telling a story through taste, not specs! Gentle muscat-like aroma A clean sweetness with no cloying taste. The mouthfeel is wonderful, and the flavor is worthy of the Green Label name.
