Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.

I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! The last one is Fusozuru. It will be served warm. The top-tasting aroma is that of thick rice. The mouthfeel is clear and the umami of rice is directly conveyed. I hadn't had Tokushima sake yet, so I bought some at an antenna store in Yurakucho when I went to Ginza last week 😀. It's safe to say that the first time you drink a brand you've never tried before, you can try it out in a single bottle 😁. The aroma is subtle but apple ✨. It has a refreshing taste. The aroma is a bit of a gorgeous ginjo aroma😊The mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness and umami of the rice is elegant in the mouth 😘The aftertaste is short and disappears quickly 😚👍. It is a well-balanced and delicious sake 🥳👍

The third group of the Sake Rice and Yeast Association is Gintome and Yuko's Idea from Iwate Prefecture. Iwate is often named after the pure-heartedness of the Tohoku region or after Kenji Miyazawa, and the rice is Gintome, which is a Gin user. Yuko, the yeast, seems to be named after the developer, Ms. Yuko Yamashita of the Iwate Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. It is a clear, dry sake. Sake from Iwate is interesting in many ways.
