☀️ This is the first time I've seen a drink without a label 🏷️. Instead it has a ribbon🎀 which makes it unique 🤩. There is an initial feeling of alcohol, but it is quickly followed by a sweetness. Soft sweetness with a melon flavor. It can be fluffed up as it is. A sake that tastes as unique as it looks 🍶.

Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again.
