The proprietress asked me what my favorite brand was and when I answered "Omine", she brought out a bottle of a hidden sake and opened my mouth ✨I was too happy! 🙌. A bottle of Omachi's Kasumi Nama Sake is definitely a must! （It was so juicy and to my liking, I was too happy 🙌!

Aomori Sake Series (3) Toyobai's hiyaoroshi, Gekkushu. The label does not say "Gekkushu", but this full moon label seems to be the mark of Gekkushu. Aged, mellow flavor, pleasant sharpness✨. It was a superb cup 🙌!

Aomori Sake Series (2) This is the first brand I encountered. It is a private brand by seven liquor stores in Aomori Prefecture. The name "Rice Yellow" seems to come from the yellow malted rice bacteria they use. It is a hiyaoroshi with lots of umami and a nice sharpness✨.

The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, the taste is fresh from the first pressing, and the flavor is mellow and juicy. It's the best ✨

It is a sparkling orikarami sake that is second fermented in the bottle, the same as champagne. The concept is "a galaxy in the sparkling night sky. The sparkling, sweet and sour, creamy orikara is like the Milky Way and puts you in a romantic mood✨. By the way, when I opened the bottle, it spilled a lot lol.
