We had it at Akoya, a famous restaurant in Escondido Hokkaido✨.
This is a challenge tank product from Miura Sake Brewery in Aomori.
As the name suggests, it's deliciously dry, with a strong umami flavor, but dry and meh! 🙌.
The alcohol content is 18 degrees, but it was so good I could drink it without hesitation 😆.
