And with a milling ratio of 90%, it is surprisingly free of any cloying taste, even though the rice is barely milled at all!
Furthermore, the fruity, mellow flavor and sweetness are well ✨.
The concept of this sake is to make a delicious sake from the rice you eat everyday, and this was truly a new and surprising sake 😆.

Murasaki" seems to be the last chapter of the Check series, but this is the first time for me to drink Kamerei itself...🤣💦.
The mouthfeel is sweet? 🤣💦 The mouthfeel is sweet, but the aftertaste is sharp and dry. It had a mellow flavor that is typical of the raw sake ✨.
