Sake from the Takeshita Brewery, birthplace of former Prime Minister Takeshita. Gorgeous aroma, The fruity flavor is just as the label says. The sweetness is reminiscent of pineapple, The sweetness reminds one of pineapple, and gradually the bitterness appears and disappears. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly, I thought it was a sake to be enjoyed on its own rather than paired with something else. I thought it was a sake to be enjoyed by itself rather than to be paired with something else.

We are invited to the head office to have a good drink after a not-so-fun work day. The head office is far away and uncomfortable, so we are bersassa. The specs are the same. We compared the different yeasts. I didn't know yeast could make such a difference. It is easier to tell the difference than the rice. There are different tastes. The No. 9 is very clear and has little assertiveness. No. 18 has a more gorgeous aroma and taste. Olizeh is amazing! The story on the back label is interesting wish.

When I went back to my parents' house, I didn't have any sake in stock, so I bought this bottle at a nearby supermarket. It was sold for about 1,000 yen in an ordinary supermarket that rarely stocks sake, so I honestly thought it would be good if I could drink it, but it turned out to be a very tasty sake that greatly exceeded my expectations 😆. It has an elegant sweetness and a light mouthfeel that breaks up nicely without any miscellaneous flavours, making it a good all-round sake that can be drunk alone or with food👍. The sake has been awarded the Gold Medal in the Wine Glass Sake Award 2020😄. It's a great sake to drink alone or with food.

I think it's rare to find unfiltered raw ginjo 🤔. Slightly sweet and nutty. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It's a good combination of modern and classic without feeling like it's been alkaloosoaked. If the label is a little more modern, it will sell well. After 10 days, it became bitter and hard to drink.

Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival Kawashima Sake Brewery booth at Matsu-no-Hana in Shiga Prefecture. It was the usual brewer. ◉Honjozo Unfiltered Nama Sake A rare and unseen limited edition. This sake was pressed six months ago. It has a strong, robust flavor. It has an alcohol content of 19%, and the flavor is said to hold up well even when mixed with ice. I might like this one a lot. ◉Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake This was pressed in March. The flavor is the usual standard, robust and dark. ◉Ginjo Unfiltered Nama 50% polished, clean, bitter and acidic. Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-Genshu The 40% polished version is the most elegant and slightly richer. When I tasted it two years ago, the ginjo was modern, but not this time... We have a young Noto Touji here now, and this is his third term. The top management of Kawashima Brewery changed through M&A a few years ago, and I'm glad to see that things are slowly moving in the right direction.

Two days later, I picked up the sake I bought for dinner and said, "Let's open the sake I bought the other day! I was reunited with the sake I drank the other day. The sake I had in my mouth had a nice taste. A slight tang? The aftertaste is so refreshing that it disappears the moment the gorgeous aroma is released from the mouth!

Chiyoroku given to me by a friend. It's my first time 🙌 It's a junmai daiginjo, but it's so refreshing and easy to drink 😆. It has a moderate sweetness and a slight bitterness with a nice sharpness. The alcohol content is 16%, but you don't feel it at all😅. It was a very light summer sake 😆.

I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor. It is a new sake, but it has a strong umami.
