A family member seemed to have received a bottle of sake...but it was a limited edition brand from the Limbel's catalog gift shop. Perhaps it was because I let it sit at room temperature for quite a while, but it had a mild sweetness with a clean and crisp aftertaste without any peculiarities! It was perfect for both the feeling of not being overpowered by strong-flavored snacks and the feeling that it would flow nicely!

For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

Another bottle was opened at the Kizuna Festival. Golden crystal that saw the light of day at Izakaya Shinkansen. Gold Crystal label expressed with a characteristic figure. It is one of my personal favorite labels. The top-tasting aroma has a very classical sake flavor. The mouthfeel has a light umami from a hint of sweetness. First contact is lighter than expected. The finish is again full of sake-like aftertaste, with a mild acidity and a strong bitterness. I had imagined it to be a more mellow and stand-alone sake, but it is considered to be a high performance food sake. During the festival, I served it with tempura and dried scallops that I bought and brought with me, and it was quite good! Thanks for the food!

Tonight I'm having this one 🍶. I got this on my trip to Fukushima last month! I've been wanting to drink this since I saw it on Izakaya Shinkansen 🍶✨. They are the only sake brewery in Fukushima city😃. Mellow, refreshing, oicy❕. The aroma is slightly fluffy 💠. Slightly crisp but still mild 🌸🍶✨. This is a great one ❕. I'm glad I found you 😆. I also love the fukushima saké💗. It's very tasty.

I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

At home. Although it is called Hokkaido series, I compared the taste with Wakakoma for the first time. The mouthfeel is smooth, but the aroma and the feeling in the mouth is something I've never had before. It has a unique taste with a little bit of brown sugar in the mouth. Hana of Tsukiyoshino Unfiltered Nama Sake 720ml 100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. Purchased at Hara's in Ueda on Saturday. With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃. Sweet and delicious as a dessert wine I had it with Nagasaki Fukusado sponge cake a few days ago Champagne split today 🤣. Half and half Pour in a 1:1 ratio Marriage of Philando and Champagne 😉. Makes it less sweet. Maybe just the right amount of sweet 🤔.
