It's a dry and crisp junmai sake with a very high alcohol content of 18 to 19 degrees. It's not for beginners...but I think it's good 😋. I've been drinking it with octopus sashimi on the side.

January 2, 2024 Banquet at home. Drinking sake with my sister who is back home. The fourth and last sake of the day is The fourth and last sake of the day was Asahi Wakamatsu Junmai Sake sake. It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery. When poured into a glass, it had a yellowish When I poured it into a glass, it had a yellowish color and a sense of maturity. The color is yellow and it has a sense of maturity. It has a unique aroma like old pickles with a hint of acidity. The taste is sweet and rich, with a very mellow flavor. It can be served cold or at room temperature. I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! It's really good......and I realized once again that Niigata sake is very popular.......

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

Gifu All-you-can-drink ① A business trip to Yamaguchi and then to Gifu the next day! Both of us have ongoing projects, so we go there regularly, but this pattern is rare! I made it into Gifu without too much delay, so we decided to go out for a drink. Work in Yamaguchi is still going on, but Gifu has come to an end. I may come here on a spot basis, but not at the rate of 2-4 times a month or so like before. So? Let's go 😁. Gifu all-you-can-drink local sake 🤣1 hour, 2000 yen! Isn't that cheap? I've had a lot of Gifu sake, but I haven't had it yet 😆. The first one is Kai Kai, stylish bottle 😘. I've been curious about this one, but haven't tried it yet! It's sweet and sour on the palate 😋. It goes smoothly, refreshing and soft. This is recommended to be served cold with snow, so on the rocks! It's low al and it's gone in a moment 🤣.

This is my first time drinking Etsukaijin. As the label clearly states. Sake degree +10 degrees, alcohol level is around 18 degrees. It has a thick and rich taste. <Chapter 6 Kaganoi in Niigata. This is my first time😊. I had never heard of Shiroto before. I felt a nostalgic, warm flavor 🎵. It's more than just a dry, light, umami taste, which is typical of Niigata! The aroma of rice with a strong umami flavor was wonderful👍✨.

Purchased when Nemuchi and I stopped by Hankyu's Depa basement on the way back from traveling SAKE. I found the sake that Mr. Sakeran was drinking, so I bought it. I have bought a sake with the same label, but I think it tastes different, so maybe it was the Gohyakumangoku version? There is a trace of sweetness, but the basic taste is dry. It has a strong extract. It's not my favorite line of sake, but there is something about it that I can't dislike 🤔. It is said to be an irregular sake. The toji-san overfilled it with 4-stage rice or something😅. The "Raku" on the label represents the over-filled rice, and the blue color represents the pale face of the toji-san. Gutsy, but quite sweet and sour. It is much sweeter than other Raku no sei I've had, but I also feel its character. The rice is from the terraced rice fields of Hida. I can't seem to name the rice, but I wonder if it is Hidahomare or some other rice that is only available in Gifu. I heard that if you mention the name of the rice, you will get complaints like Kamerei did in Hiroshima, but if you don't mention the name, it's OK.
