Souvenirs from a classmate from Akita, Japan, at the end of GW If you are not sure about Akita sake, go for Fukukomachi! I think it's as reliable as the best Akita sake. I don't feel much of the Uetatekoso aroma. The mouthfeel is familiar sweet and tasty, but it has a very different flavor with a crisp acidity. In addition, it has a strong umami flavor, and the taste of umami acidity is something you don't encounter very often. Fukkomachi has a lot of nostalgia! Thank you for the great meal, and thank you to our colleagues!

Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.

In the latter half, the sourness comes from the umami. Then it finishes with a kick. After swallowing, the chest is chilled. If you combine it with pear Hmm? It was a bit salty and sour! When I combined it with Satoya's "Tamayura"... It's so good 😘! I loved this pairing 💕 By the way, "Tamayura" is... A famous Yamagata confectionary "Noshibai" made with white bean paste and agar, topped with Japanese raw chocolate. Very delicious 🥰. For lunch, I had a quick ramen (ramen).

With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store event, Sake Tour. I compared it with Junmai Ginjo and was impressed with this one, so I bought it. Fresh and citrusy? It is sweet at the beginning, but the sweetness and umami come in the second half of the bottle. I have to admit that I've only seen Hyo Hyohi at department store events. Apparently, the brewery that makes the sake is in Awa City, which is different from the address on the label.
