I'm excited to see all the unique sakes from All XXX Prefecture โ˜บ๏ธ Sake rice is 100% Asahi no Yume The yeast is Gifu's original G2 yeast The color is clear. The aroma is slightly sweet. The aroma is reminiscent of yellow flowers. When it is in the mouth, it has a soft sweet taste. It is not so strong. The mouthfeel and throat feel refreshing. The aftertaste is thick with bitterness. It's a nice and gorgeous sake. It has a refreshing taste. It is well-balanced and goes well with white sashimi. It is made by Ito Sake Brewery in Fukui, isn't it? I'll keep that in mind. There were some young people there, so we went to the restaurant I introduced to Choroki in Ikebukuro. Next time we get together in Tokyo, maybe we can go here. I don't have a Nomiho, though.

Yesterday, I was out at 6 a.m. and went to a yakitori restaurant run by a classmate with my friends in the evening๐Ÿ’จ. I quenched my thirst with homemade Umeshu (plum wine) and then asked for Yudo (Japanese sake). The bottle was unfamiliar to me and I checked it out ๐Ÿค”It tasted as classic as it looked, but I was wondering if this is what my father used to drink in the past ๐Ÿ˜‹. The characteristic liver in the picture is excellent and goes perfectly with sake๐Ÿ‘Œ. I was exhausted after working out early in the morning every day, but it was a fun time ๐Ÿ˜€. I was surprised that I fell asleep while taking a shower when I got home๐Ÿ˜….
