A friend of mine introduced me to this❣️. Mmmmmm, fruity flavor and sweetness😻 It's like a sweet white wine 🎵. But the aroma and flavor of koji comes after 😻😻 It's sake after all 🎵 This is fun 😋. It's low alcohol (8%) so it's easy to drink 👍. But I looked it up on the internet and it's a raw sake 😳. So they can make low alcohol sake 💦.

Brewed by Endo Sake Brewery in Suzaka, Nagano Domuroku Keiryuu Activated Nama Shu Junmai This sake is new to me. When I tried it, I found it to be foul tasting (@_@). Among all the nigoris I've ever had, this is definitely the best, It is definitely the best nigori I have ever had 😋😋😋😋😋😋. It's a heaven of sludge and shuwa shuwa 😂😂. Why didn't I know about this sake? I wonder why I've lived until now without knowing about this sake 😂😂. I regret it today 😭😭😭

I ate okonomiyaki, went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and at the end, I got the last of a bottle of sake that the owner recommended 😊I got the last of a bottle as a courtesy 😋. It's like a summer sake with a refreshing taste 😚 and a crisp aftertaste 😋. It went well with oysters, small sardines, conger eels and other specialties. ❤️ I'm going to work hard tomorrow and then go back to the liquor store 🥳.

This is Hiroshima sake we received as a gift. It is also delicious! The first glass was dry and sharp, but from the second glass, I could taste the fruity flavor of muscat...I guess. 300ml is just right too (lol). Local sake is fun, isn't it? Thank you for the sake! We will definitely win...Carp!

This is the wrong brand it’s from Tochigi from Hokkan. The cheapest sake in Donquixote in Bangkok and so very smooth and balanced at medium chill. It’s actually very close to water.

Now Igarashi Sake Brewery is complete 😝. It's not a draft sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, but it's delicious warmed up too ❓❓❓❓ but I can't drink heated sake on this hot day, so I'll drink it chilled to a crisp. ✌️ The aroma is mild but apple-like. It's not gassy at all. Igarashi is known for its gasiness when pumped directly from the bottle. It has a slight sweetness in the mouth 👄. And a slight bitterness that spreads 👄. Gifu All-you-can-drink ① A business trip to Yamaguchi and then to Gifu the next day! Both of us have ongoing projects, so we go there regularly, but this pattern is rare! I made it into Gifu without too much delay, so we decided to go out for a drink. Work in Yamaguchi is still going on, but Gifu has come to an end. I may come here on a spot basis, but not at the rate of 2-4 times a month or so like before. So? Let's go 😁. Gifu all-you-can-drink local sake 🤣1 hour, 2000 yen! Isn't that cheap? I've had a lot of Gifu sake, but I haven't had it yet 😆. The first one is Kai Kai, stylish bottle 😘. I've been curious about this one, but haven't tried it yet! It's sweet and sour on the palate 😋. It goes smoothly, refreshing and soft. This is recommended to be served cold with snow, so on the rocks! It's low al and it's gone in a moment 🤣.

A souvenir from a business trip to Niigata. My colleague introduced me to Miyakoya and I bought it. It was a very tasty sake with the beautiful lightness and umami of Niigata. The bonito was also very nice and fatty, so it made for a good dinner.
