Outside drinking. Ordered by the impact of the name. When poured, it smells moist and sweet. The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean, with a watery sensation and a nice clean finish. There is a distinctive sweet aroma. It is a mellow, sweet sake, and you can sense the careful craftsmanship. Later I looked it up and found the word "Toyobai" 😳. I didn't realize it was so 😚.

Diachiku Junmai Ukiyoe Alcohol percentage 15 Rice polishing ratio 59 This is the second izakaya in Kamisuwa. This is a Chino City sake. It is quite light and good. I would like to try some other sake. We drank a lot of sake in the Gokuraku set, but this is the second Izakaya? It's almost ready ^ ^.

I was looking for a property today, but there was a sake store nearby, so I bought some on the way home! I didn't buy it this time, but it was a good sake store that also had Kuroryu and Hakusan ✨. When I opened the bottle, it had a mild sweet aroma like banana. The palate is clean and tangy, light and dry, but as you taste it, the sweetness and a little bitterness come out and it tastes like vanilla or caramel pudding! It is a delicious and crisp taste. I have a feeling that I will go back if I can successfully sign a contract for a property. I wonder if I can go to Koyama Shoten from Yamanashi sometimes... and imagine the lifestyle I will have 🍶.

It is very tasty without being nigori (sweet sake) like! The moment you put it in your mouth, a slight carbonation bursts out. The moment you take a sip, a slight carbonation pops in your mouth. It is a strong taste, but the slight carbonation makes it easy to drink. I don't know if it's because the brewery is good, or because it's new sake, or because it's unpasteurized, I would like to try other nigori sake.

On the Shinkansen, we open another bottle of Nara Sake, Kisenju✨. The palate is sweet and sour and yogurt-like. It is light and pleasantly schwishy. It is easy to drink even in a tipsy state! It is also gorgeous and strawberry-like, so it feels like strawberry yogurt. And the last one is Yamazaki 12 years old from sake. We ended our trip with a glass of Shinkansen Gokukkatai ice cream 😌. There are still many places I want to visit, so I will visit Kansai again if I have a chance...!

This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Junmai one-cup of Koyoromo. This is the first time to drink Koyoromo. It is an orthodox Junmai sake, not heavy and refreshing, but it also has a hidden luster. I see that the brewery makes all of its sake from junmai sake. The label is Hiroshige's 53 Stages of the Tokaido, Nisaka.

It is a light nigori 26BY of Iwo 🍶. First, cold sake. The top aroma is that of old chests 😂. In the mouth it has a hint of sweetness, but the aroma of old chests is strong😅. Next, warmed sake 🍶. When warmed, it smells like wet wood 😌. In the mouth it tastes a little acidic and the taste wasn't bad. Like the Chiyomusubi I had two drinks ago, nigori-style sake is said to be unsuitable for aging because the nigori part of the sake is altered and causes off-flavors. So well, it was interesting to experience that firsthand 😂✨️

@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.
