⭐︎ I am on a business trip from Ueda to Nagano from yesterday. After greeting customers and visiting Ueda City Hall, I bought Yamae-Nishiki Hi-ire at Okazaki-san. I moved to Nagano, had a drink at a soba noodle restaurant, and got borraged at a snack bar, and then went to Kakuuchi in front of the station to finish up. I found Kamerei and asked the owner to drink it. I no longer remember the taste 😢. Excuse me. Beer -> Nishinomon -> Kitagyo -> Daishinshu -> Masumi -> Tomato high x2 -> High ball -> Lemon high x2 -> Shinshu Kamerei 😢.

🌸 It was open today😊 At first I asked for "seki" which I was impressed by the last time I drank it, but then they told me "you are totally addicted to it", and they remembered me properly = I'm certified as a go-to 💕. Urasaku no Hana has a refreshing mouthfeel and aftertaste, perfect for summer. Delicious. I was happy to see a customer asking for it because it looked so good. The rest was Kuroemon, another summer sake with a refreshing taste. It goes well with corn tempura. I also ordered Mutou, which is not pictured here. I have the impression that Mutou is sour, but the one I had this time was not so sour, and I thought it would go well with summer. Conversation with the owner How long will you be here? "Until tomorrow. "Stop by on your way home, we have some good tuna." "Oh, I'll stop by then." I could say something like that 😊. Today, the other people were regulars (I'm sure I'd stand out if I was drinking in the middle of all those people), and there was a university professor who has been helping me, so I'll try to talk to him more next time... But I miss talking to anyone when I'm working, you know?

🌸 The second half is these three types. Sawa-no-Hana, which is hidden in the Bourne Michelin, is so good that you can keep drinking it while eating. Zenkichi has become too popular and will be hard to find in the future, the owner said. And Kisoji's summer sake, which is rarely seen in the Kanto area. Kisoji is sold at Shabu Shabu Kisoji, so if you want to drink it, please have it with Shabu Shabu. All the sake we ordered this time were delicious and made me feel exhausted from work. I wonder if there are people who drink heavily on Mondays. I was alone from the beginning to the end 😌 so it was a good deal to have the owner all to myself 🉐. Now, I'm going to work hard for two more days.

🍶 Nagano. I got a PC to use on a business trip, so I was working on Sunday (company animal). I brought it to Nagano anyway because it might recover from a blue screen🟦. I wanted to talk about how I brought it in the heavy rain and Sunday's mess, but I had a lot of time for meetings on Monday. I was so tired on this business trip that I didn't have the energy to explore new places, so I went to a standing bar that I went to last time. Yeah, I'm fine with standing if I can drink 😆. From Daishinshu, which I was curious about last time I was here. Very, very, very tasty. Almost chugged it down😅. I'm happy to drink Kame no Umi again 😃. Beyond the first two, the most delicious sake of the day was "Seki". It is a sake from Meikyojosui sake brewery and is almost impossible to find. The store here also took a year and a half to get it after they found out about it. it's made in 2019 and aged, but the taste is more subdued than aged (I'm not sure about the vocabulary, but they said the lightness of Jun Dai is grounded, to bring out the best of Kinmon Nishiki) and the rice has a great flavor, not sweet or sour, but just... Delicious! It's just delicious! I had to have another one 😋.

🐢 I was satisfied with the first meeting and could have gone back to the hotel, but my senior "Go have a drink!" became a curse 🤣 and we headed to a standing bar near Nagano station again. I looked at the showcase and saw a golden turtle label! Wow, it's a Kinmon-nishiki gold tortoise! So I had some. It was a small amount, so it was gone in no time, but it was rich and delicious. It is different from the Yamadanishiki. I like them both😍. We also drank an early batch of Yamazan and a Junmai Daiginjo from Toyoka. I'm still drinking 😆.
