It has been a long time since I have been to Nagano.
Again, 2 nights and 3 days.
I thought it would be cold, but the daytime high was 20 degrees Celsius and warm 😊.
I had a full day of meetings that day and was talking with my senior who came with me about what to do at night, and it just so happened that the hotel where he was staying was above this one,
We came here again to have a drink standing up.
The place was packed today. I thought the owner had forgotten about me, but he remembered me 😊Well, I guess that makes an impact 😛.
A comparison of Hokushin style sake.
Junmai Nama Haraju, Junmai Haraju, Junmai Ginjo, and gradually getting drier and drier. If you drink them in this order, the spicier one feels a lot spicier. I preferred the first junmai-harakyu.

I'm glad you didn't become a refugee from alcohol 🤣.

Good evening, Ane 😃.
We also had a Junmai Daiginjo from Hokushinryu last month 😋 It was a little bit peculiar and dry, a good food sake to go with the food 🤗.
I guess it's a way to drink with impact 💥😆.

Good morning, Choroki 😃.
You won't forget it, will you?
If I can't get into the store, I'll just buy some at a convenience store that sells Nagano sake and drink it 😆.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😁.
I've only had the Hokushin style outside of Nagano, so I'd like to taste it at home once 😋.
I want to taste it at home once 😋 "You never get drunk tongue-tied, do you?" I'm sure you've heard that before 😆.
