(*´∇*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 It is the first Takihannami. It seems to be the sake which went out to the Iseshima Summit. I feel like a great man by drinking the sake which the important people drink. It is delicious.

Today, I'm going to raise something I used to drink and kept proper records of. I drank it at a restaurant when I was on a business trip to Osaka and thought it was delicious, so I looked for it myself and bought it. It was labeled as dry, but it had a clean, easy-drinking taste with a slight umami flavor. It goes very well with sashimi. Very tasty! (^O^)

It is written "Taki Suiryu" and read "Hayase". It is said to have been served at the Ise-Shima Summit 😮. It has a sake meter of +10, but it is not a very spicy sake, but a model of umami-spicy sake. There is a firm spiciness in the aftertaste, but it is accompanied by a mild rice flavor and is not difficult to drink at all. It is very interesting that the way of expression is different between the two. I'm sure you'll agree that sake is very deep❣️.
