Today, I'm going to raise something I used to drink and kept proper records of.
I drank it at a restaurant when I was on a business trip to Osaka and thought it was delicious, so I looked for it myself and bought it.
It was labeled as dry, but it had a clean, easy-drinking taste with a slight umami flavor.
It goes very well with sashimi.
