Sake made with Kyoto's sake rice "Celebration".
I had the Yamahai and then the Celebration, both of which were very strong. The Celebration has a sweeter and softer impression. You can enjoy the change in taste.
Daiginjo from the "Tasyu" brewery.
Made from 100% carefully selected "Hundred and Fourteen (Hanasoui)" rice suitable for sake brewing. Released once a year.
The bottle was opened at home. The elegant aroma spreads at first, and the mouth has a melon-like flavor. It finishes with a firm dry, refined taste. Impressive🥹.
Comparison
From right: First, Snowman, Snake (Kijoshu Nigori)
On the left: Junmai Ginjo-Nama Nama Sake Tachiharu Asa Shibori
I like sweet sake, so I thought Snake was also delicious, but I like Snowman.
At a sake tasting party, there was an interesting one! I was allowed to try it.
It was reddish brown in color and extremely sweet. It was sweet like a chocolate liqueur.
