Today we received the June delivery of GUITO, a sake subscription service to enjoy challenge sake from IMADEYA's brewery. It is the first Takihitama 😃.
According to the description.
The description reads, "We tried our first 80% rice polishing ratio in the hope of dynamically expressing the characteristic graininess of Kami no Ho. Please enjoy the concentrated flavor that spreads from the clear mouthfeel.
🧐.
Delicious ❣️😋
delicious grain type👍
It has a graininess rather than the messy taste of rice 🌾.
Balance of spiciness, astringency, and umami without acidity and astringency👍
Tastes like freshly cooked brown rice 😅
I can't describe it very well, but it was a sake full of graininess 🍶😋.
I had it chilled.
Pairing impressions were made by Pekho 😅
Here are my personal impressions😅

Good evening, shinsaku3!
Takihonin seems to be a hard-core sake! The taste of graininess 🤩I still haven't learned enough about graininess to taste it 🤣I'll give it a try when I understand sake a little better: ❣️

Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😃.
I'd love to 😃.
I don't often get my hands on anything other than sweet and savory 🍶 unless I get a regular delivery or a gift like this, but I'd like to expand it little by little 😃.
