After an unintended break from drinking, it's the first time for me to visit Takihyo 🎉. ㊗️
Today, I was feeling lazy this afternoon, so I just cut and arranged the dishes rather than cooking them. It was a simple meal of two kinds of salmon, squid sashimi, camembert, fried egg, salad, and shirasu rice, but it turned out to be a luxurious and satisfying dinner thanks to the concentrated flavor of Takijiman 🥰.
When you put it in your mouth, the sense of umami spreads out, giving you a premonition of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness, but it is not sweet, sour, or bitterness! It is a hardcore ✨It goes well with sashimi, but what is surprising this time is Camembert, which is a kindred taste 🧀They have the same taste of rice and milk in terms of concentrated flavor 👍.
Now, I got a lot of blueberries from my neighbor's farmer 🥰💙I made pound cake and will have it for dessert ‼️ Well, this is a challenge🧐.
Cakes made at home are inevitably less sweet 🤭and the drink has no fruit acidity connection, so the pairing? I didn't feel like it was a good pairing 🤣 but blueberries are my favorite so I enjoyed it 🥰🥰🥰.
