Junmai Daiginjo Junmai Daiginjo Hon-nama Sake
This sake was selected for the Ise Summit.
The aroma is gorgeous, clear, and melon-like.
Sweet and deep umami. The sweet and deep umami. It's delicious enough on its own 😍.
And the slight bitterness that comes in is well balanced 🥰.
#Drinking at home
This sake has a slightly sweet flavor for a Takihantu sake, but the refreshing acidity and aroma make it a refreshing summer sake that can be enjoyed very quickly.
It can be enjoyed as a mealtime drink or as a sports drink.

Takihonmai Junmai Kamiho 80
IMADEYA Hanpukai
Made from Kami no Ho sake rice that can only be used by sake breweries in Mie Prefecture.
Gentle sweetness, low acidity
Screw stopper type
Sake of the month for June. This sake is made from Mie sake rice "Kami no Ho", Mie yeast, and Mie brewing water. It is soft on the palate, but has a slightly bitter, cloying taste on the finish. The aroma is almost imperceptible. The sake itself is light. I would have liked to taste a little more of the rice. The bitterness and miscellaneous tastes at the end are strongly felt.
