I was able to drink a little in the first half of October, but I can't keep up with the season and can't break out of the loop of buying new alcohol and then drinking the stock 😆. Now, Mizuchi's Blue. I bought it with green during the free shipping period, but it's been a while since I opened the bottle 🥂. The aroma is very gentle and delicate. The aroma is very gentle and subtle, with a hint of gentle rice aroma and a cool, refreshing flavor. The first thing that surprises you when you take a sip is how smooth it is on the palate! The first thing that surprises you when you take a sip is how smooth it is! The taste of rice spreads afterwards. The sweetness is subdued, and the umami spreads slowly and pleasantly. The acidity is mild without being sharp, and while it feels cool and refreshing, it also has a moderate body and is very drinkable. ‼️ Compared to the green one, the taste is a bit more voluptuous. Both are less boozy, so they can be drunk at any time of the day, regardless of the meal.

Finish up with a hard-to-drink swallow stone 😚. First, check the aroma, it's gorgeous, as if concentrated and full of flavor: ✨️ When you drink it, the concentrated flavor of the rice fills your mouth. ‼️ The rice is highly polished to a 35% ratio, yet it has the strength and power of a Kaijin sake. It is not only light and refreshing, but also has a sharp and firm acidity that tightens the umami, creating a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, all of which can be clearly felt. I want to drink it slowly during the New Year's holiday!

This is another autumn sake that is sharp yet full-bodied. We quite like Toyama sake. It is made from 100% Yuyamanishiki produced in Nanto, Toyama, with a rice polishing ratio of 55% and an alcohol content of 15%. Sipped with seared Nodoguro Sashimi.

This sake also has a light but full flavor. The rice polishing ratio is 60%, and the alcohol content is 14%. I wondered what "anbayashi" was, but it is miso dengaku. The rule seems to be that the number of bottles is decided by rolling dice.

Kuririn is a series brewed with district-designated Misato Nishiki from the town of Misato, Akita. The name "Kuririn" is written "Ritsurin". I am sure because I heard it at a sake brewery. The sake brewery reads it as Kuribayashi. Fresh ginjo aroma on the top of the nose. The balance of umami acidity and bitterness is voluminous. There is a slight gasiness, and the sweetness and dryness are slightly dry, crisp, and delicious. 😋😋😋😋 A beautiful sake good for a mealtime drink 🍶. Priced at 2,850 yen without tax. The taste and price are good🙆I have been a fan since I visited the brewery this summer.

In celebration of the three-day weekend, which is a three-day weekend by the calendar, but for me, it is a five-day weekend 🍶. The aroma has a sourness and a nuance that I haven't experienced before. I wonder if this is the aroma of Kako or Kabashiko. It has a strong sense of gas. Sweet and sour, a little bitterness, and a light mouthfeel at 13% alcohol by volume. 😋😋😋😋 This is a good wine! The sweetness and bitterness are medium. It is really easy to drink. The bottle is cool too. 4,000 yen without tax
