I drank too much during the day (repentance). But that's OK! It's my day off! (Grand Prize for Remorse) Posting to commemorate the first cup of dry close. I felt a little fruitiness, but it was easy to drink (vague memory). I think I liked the Seikagami the best out of the many I drank, which I bought more at the end 🤔. By the way 🍶. The 4 people I met at the counter. I really appreciate you guys for being so fun and not getting bored 🙏. And a big thank you to the waitstaff who warmly and sometimes firmly(?) I'm also very grateful to the waitresses who looked after us 🙏.

Seventh drink the other day. PHANTOM BREWERY First Edition SIKI series DEEPLY Junmai Daiginjo Namaho Winter" of "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Last order for 45 minutes sake tasting I was told by the older brother who was drinking before me that the sake was sweet, so I didn't hesitate to try it. It was delicious. The kind I usually like to drink at home. He said it was sweet but not disgusting, and it really was. Chatty Memorandum The next day, there was a raffle in the building and raffle tickets were given out, but due to the location and schedule, no one could come, including me... and the raffle tickets were left over. What should we do, give them away, or not come? I guess everyone can't come... (distant look)...

The other day I had my 6th drink 🍶. PHANTOM BREWERY First Edition SIKI series PLEASANT Junmai Daiginjo There are 4 kinds and they are also called "Shunka Shuju Tofu". The first one is "Spring". Delicious. Easy to drink. If you read it, it is brewed with water from Sekiya Brewery Houraisen. The sense of stability... or rather, the familiar Houraisen characters give a sense of security.

The other day's fifth drink The sake I chose with the jacket from the 4th drink that I removed from the fruity line. The one I had seen at Sake no Wa. I was going to recommend this 4th drink, pineapple, under the introduction. Really pineapple! It tastes more pineapple than Houraisen Satoru. I have the impression that Satoru only smells like pineapple, but this tastes sweet and pineapple. I took it cold at first, but it was recommended to warm it up, so I had it turned up to 50 degrees Celsius. It tastes even sweeter and more pineapple when it is warm. The fizziness and sourness became almost undetectable when it was warmed up. I've never been a fan of hot sake, but this changed my impression.

YATA-san's second drink It seems to be read as "Amane". It was easier to drink than the first cup of kwashi (a little crisp?). He became a bot who only said, "It's delicious! By the way... The first entrée! Wasabi cream cheese with pickled ginger (600 yen) You can choose your favorite 3 kinds of soy sauce from more than 10 kinds and put it on your favorite........ I was given a choice of fish sauce, white soy sauce, and a sweet soy sauce recommended by my neighbor at the counter. The fish sauce and white soy sauce were noticeably salty, and the sweet soy sauce was rich and I liked it because it was recommended to me.

Then Makoto Kagami As a sake novice, this sake was recommended to me by the owner and the man I was with at the counter. I was surprised at how easy and refreshing it was to drink. I remember being surprised that I was really a beginner!
