I went to the cashier at my usual liquor store with a bottle of Anastasia and asked if they had a 4-pack of Ikubou. He asked me which one I would like. I was told that they had both ice-aged and new sake, and when I said "both," he laughed and said, "That's right, isn't it?
I drank a bottle of self-matured Ikubou in March of this year, which was very tasty, and it was the same one as that.
It has a little gas, round sweetness, and exquisite acidity.

Koshinohomare, a recent favorite. It has a cute label and is a kijoshu.

I went to my usual liquor store and grabbed three bottles of what I wanted, and when I muttered that I wanted to try this one too, my wife said she would buy it for me as a birthday present.
It is a sake from the annual New Sake Competition.
It was a beautiful sake with a refreshing acidity and sweetness, and although it was 17.5 degrees Celsius, it didn't make me feel it.

First time for me to drink Waka Ebisu. When you pour it into a glass, bubbles rise.

The third bottle is a year-old Tsukishita Muyori. It seems to have become more rounded while retaining its drinkability... Too much to drink.

The 4th bottle
Last year, someone posted something to the effect of "Itsukumochi tastes better when it is laid down for a year," and when I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass, it tasted a little yellowish and had a nice smell.
It tastes mild, sweet, and easy to drink. It is extremely tasty.

After returning from Osaka for the first time in six days, I opened the sake refrigerator! I must have been in a hurry and unplugged it when I left home for my flight.
There was almost all the sake inside.
It's too good to throw away, so I'll do my best to consume it.
The first bottle is Shinshin, smells normal, tastes ok, delicious, but I'm not sure it tasted like this.
