Happy New Year The first bottle of this year is also Koei Kiku's Snow Crescent and Yuyamanishiki, which I have been saving since last May. The year ends with a slightly better version of my favorite Koei Chrysanthemum. The smell is good, but reserved. When you drink it, the nigori rice flavor gently spreads on the palate, and the sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are well-balanced.

Smells like honored chrysanthemum when poured. It has a slight yellow tinge. The remaining 1 gou of the bottle was warmed to lukewarm. There are bubbles floating in the water, but it has more gas, acidity, and bitterness than cold sake, which is also good.

It's so dense! The sweetness of the wine, the drops of water that trickle down the glass, and the astringent or bitter aftertaste, like a chocolate rummy, are all very rich. I tried it with a glass of wine, and it went well with it. There is a little gas, and every time I open the bottle, it makes a "pop" sound. The fourth day after opening the bottle, it was nice and rounded.
