Delicious 😋. In addition to the drinkability typical of Akabu, In addition to the drinkability that is typical of Akabu, the umami flavor is quite robust. I've had Yui no Kou, Omachi, and the New born series of Nama Sake, but none of them are just sweet. It has a strong umami aftertaste 🙆🙆.
