I was curious about this sake, Ine Mangaka Nama Nigori (raw nigori).
I was interested in this sake because of my longing to visit the town of Ine in Kyoto, Japan, and the unique color of this sake made from this ancient rice (purple-black rice) and white rice produced in Kyoto🍶.
I've tried it and it's so delicious😍The price is a little out of my price range of 3300 yen for a four-pack, but I'm sure I'll be back ✨.

The aroma is like sweet and sour yogurt, and I drank only the supernatant, but it is sweet and sour and delicious. When mixed with the muddy water, the thick mouthfeel, yogurt-like richness, and sweet and sourness are irresistible 👍The acid attack also finishes it off nicely 😋.
