This has nothing to do with sake, but it is located near our favorite ramen shop, Hyakumen Nakameguro 🍜.
According to the website, "It has a refreshing taste with a crisp, clean acidity and a citrusy, fruity flavor.
It's a nice blend of crisp, refreshing spiciness and the tangy taste of rice.
It is not the sweet and tasty type that I like, but it strongly appeals to the clear dry taste.
I got the impression that it is a clear and refreshing blend of spiciness and rice flavor alone.
I think I'm going to like dry sake as well. ❤️

Nice aroma of melon. Not too strong, but refreshing and nice. The gasiness is not too strong, but it is enough for a sparkling wine.

The fragrance is a nice muscat scent. I like it. The gasiness is not too strong nor too weak.

Opened a bottle of Sairai seasonal sake. It is low-alcohol, so I'm looking forward to it.
On the first day, I felt a rather harsh alcohol taste, but it calmed down on the second day and became easier to drink.
The aroma was the usual lactic acid type, but a little less so. A little gassy.
Both sweetness and sourness are strong, but the sourness is more impressive.
The strong acidity is followed by a giggly taste, and finishes with a mixture of bitterness and a sense of alcohol.
On the third day, the alcohol content increases significantly. It is difficult to determine when it is time to drink...

Today the food was decided before the sake 💦 thighs marinated with yesterday's chicken, spinach with bacon and hot eggs, and a salad with shirasu and lettuce. The bitterness of the veggies and the saltiness of the bacon and stuff just happened to be nice👍.

Nice coarse rice aroma when pouring into a glass👍.
Not overly polished and clear with a strong umami, but balanced with the rice's natural miscellaneous flavors that are well held back so that they don't stand out.
Moderate astringency lingers on the tongue for a relatively long time
I finished it with my dinner today.
It was served very cold.
I was able to enjoy it chilled and very cool.
