This is a Halloween🎃 label that has been posted on many Sake Wawa.
I only bought this one here 💁 for refrigerator reasons.
It is slightly carbonated🫧 and has a strawberry🍓 like sweetness and light acidity😙.
There is a bit of astringency at the end and I'm wondering if it's more apple🍎 leaning? I'm not sure 😅.
Fresh with a slurpy throat!
The refreshing sweetness will help you to shed the fatigue of the day and refresh you 🥰.
After a day, it became a little rounder, and after 2 days, it became even rounder and felt like a freshly picked peach 🍑.

I was looking forward to drinking Akatombo, which is now made entirely from sake yeast under the slogan "Edo katari" (return to Edo). The red dragonflies seem to be more sour than last year. They are delicious. It is a collaboration between Tsuruno Shuzo, a Noto sake brewery that was damaged by last year's earthquake, and Tenryohai Sake Brewery on Sado Island in Niigata Prefecture. While the top aroma is modest, the taste on the palate is fruity and beautiful, like muscat. It is not sweet, but rather clean, crisp, and delicious 😋. keitaSoft sweetness with a slight sourness and bitterness.
The aftertaste is refreshing and very easy to drink 🍶. 
じゅにちJikkomai is a bottle that I won in a raffle sale at the Matsuzaki Shinjuku liquor store in Kawagoe, Japan. Moreover, it was a bottle! I couldn't decide when to open it. I decided to open it tonight after going to a Yose at a hall of Stella West in Fujimino City, Saitama Prefecture, and listening to a rakugo story about sake by Sanyutei Koyuzo, the master.
I decided to open it tonight after listening to a rakugo story by Sanyutei Koyuzo. The first aroma is elegant, like that of wasanbon. In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste like strawberries with a pleasant aftertaste that cuts through quickly. This is a sake to be treasured. ma-ki-Good evening, Jyunichi-san!

I was lucky enough to win a bottle, but I was looking for the right time to open it 💦 I will enjoy it for a while! じゅにちThis is the first time I have tried a Junmai Daiginjo from Drunken Whale. It is dry, refreshing, and has a good aftertaste. It is a great sake to pair with meals. The alcohol content can be felt well. The whale's tail on the label is stylish.

I've been drinking it for a while, but this summer will be my first time to try the Gin Nigori. The first time I went to the beach, I was in the middle of the night, and I was in the middle of the city, and I was in the middle of the night.
The aroma is a strong, alcohol-driven strain. The aroma is very strong. It is similar to the Yamagata Masamune that I had before this one. It is delicious with a strong umami flavor!
Compared to Yamagata Masamune, this one is more rough, powerful, or guttural. It is on the edge of being harsh depending on the conditions.
It is recommended to drink it in a well chilled state with a sake cup that makes it difficult to detect the aroma. As a meal, it goes well with well-seasoned grilled fish and, as in summer, grilled meat.
For a sake that is supposed to be drunk with strong flavors during meals, it is a little difficult for people like me who want to drink it by itself, so I have to be the one to match it. 

ハリーYoshida Kurau Ishikawamon is made from local sake rice.
A bottle of sake made from local rice and brewed with a noble brewing process will be served on the tray.
The alcohol content is low at 11 degrees and there is a slight effervescence.
As described, it is fresh, soft, sweet and acidic, and easy to drink 🍶.
It is an easy-drinking sake 🍶!

flos_lingua_estHere is the first sake of the second half of 2025! They are releasing a different tank of Yamagata Masamune Natsuno-Junmai, which impressed me last year, and I would like to have the tank #1 one that I bought before. However, the package is not clearly marked, so if you are not careful, you will not know which is which lol!
It seems to use yeast #14 which produces a lot of isoamyl acetate. I see...no wonder I like it so much! The aroma is banana-like both on the nose and in the nose. The banana-like aroma is not gorgeous, as it is backed up by the alcohol-like aroma, but the delicious vinegar is not harsh, moist, and smooth, making it easy to drink.
The sweetness is so pleasant that you can drink it by itself when it is cold. However, as the temperature rises, the spiciness comes out and the flavor becomes stronger, making it a perfect food sake.
It is a slightly mellow, modern dry sake. Personally, I prefer it cold, but if you like it strong, you may prefer it when it is warmed up. In general, it was right in the middle of my favorite and very tasty. I am very impressed. ハリーSono Kangiku Discovery Series

This is Banshu Aizan ❤️ which has been well received by everyone in Sakewa. Every time I see it posted, I have been thinking "I must drink this...I must drink this...".
So when I saw it, I immediately bought it 🤩.
Now it's time to open the bottle🍶.
Moist, deep sweetness and umami 😚.
It's a Sharaku taste but less sweet and unrefined and lighter than Yamadanishiki 🤔.
There is a tingling in the mouth at the end of drinking ⚡️ but there is no gassy feeling.
It was a bottle that left me with a strange sensation of zawazawashi 🍾🤗.

I don't know if you can call it a brand name of Amabuki, it seems to be the name of the brewery from the description 🤔.
Well, I opened the bottle thinking that the details are not important 🤗.
First of all, it has a citrusy feeling. This is orange 🍊🤔.
But it's not too sweet, maybe not orange 🍊 like 🙄.
It's hard to describe😅.
The bitterness appears at the end, but the lasting impression is a refreshing finish 😙.
I thought it might be dry, but the citrusy atmosphere diminishes the dryness and I'm not sure if I can call it "dry" 🙄. 

flos_lingua_estI've almost never had a standard local sake from Niigata. This is my first time to drink it properly. Is it still light and dry?
When I poured it into a tin cup with little aroma, I was surprised to find a gorgeous aroma. I was surprised that it has an aroma, but since it is a capsule type and the aroma is quite strong, my brain is confused at this point. I thought it was yeast No. 18.
Then, when I sipped it, I was even more confused by its strong flavor! If you think about it, it is 17.5 degrees Celsius, so it is not just a gorgeous aroma as the specs say. It is full-bodied and quite mellow.
I checked it out and it recommends drinking it on the rocks or in the freezer, chilled to the point where it doesn't freeze. It is indeed delicious at this level!
Right after opening it, it is as good as premium sake. It is interesting how it becomes a completely different sake after that. I might want to drink it if it were directly pumped... After the change, it became an interesting sake with a rich dry taste. Personally, I think it is good to drink it with added water. On the third day, it becomes gorgeous again...all the flavors are delicious!

Since there was some Yanma Oumachi left over from the other day, we thought it would be a good idea to do a Oumachi drinking comparison as well 😍.
The Kakufuda Sake has a sweet and delicious taste like a Daiginjo, with a low alcohol content but also a strong alcohol taste. Yanma Oumachi has almost no sweetness, so the complex bitterness is noticeable when compared. Both have a difference in sweetness, but the umami bitterness is characteristic of both! I guess this is Oumachi 😋 They are both delicious ‼️
I got a lot of salmon roe from my parents' house, so today's menu consisted of salmon roe and salmon oyako (salmon roe and salmon roe) 🩷Home-made shao mai and soy milk tofu, which I recently got into.
